A charming, 4-star holiday home in Bouillon, in the province of Luxemburg, has everything you need to make it a great weekend for 27 guests in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes.

This holiday home was successfully renovated in 2006. The interior provides a warm welcome and is ideal for a family holiday.

The kitchen was designed so it would be functional and facilitate cooking for large groups. A kitchen with extra space to manoeuvre and good equipment ensures less stress when preparing a delicious meal.

Are the children’s clothes dirty after playing in the garden? No problem because there is a washer and dryer in the laundry room to get everything clean again.

This house has enough bedrooms, with private bathrooms, for large groups of 27 guests. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. Thanks to the 13 bedrooms, everyone has their own place. The owner has created a specific theme for each room to give the holiday home some added ambience.

A weekend in the Ardennes in this holiday home is all about togetherness and conviviality. The beautiful, open-plan sitting room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fireplace.

Still prefer a bit of privacy? Enjoy a relaxing stay in the sauna or hot tub in the relaxation area.

This holiday home is a few dozen kilometres from the French border. Of course, the charming town of Bouillon is definitely worth a visit. Discover the history and the local culture that is harboured in this little town.

The green Ardennes are known for their beautiful views. Do this by taking a brisk walk or discover Bouillon by floating down the Semois in a kayak or canoe. Head to Kayak Les Epinoches, La Vanne, and Semois Aventure to book your trip down the Semois.

Heel leuke woning met een groep vrienden en kinderen. Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer. In 2 badkamers was een beetje een geurtje te bespeuren maar dat heeft ons niet gehinderd om heel hard te genieten van het verblijf. Super mooie streek, heel leuke commuicatie met eigenaars en mooi onderhouden huis. Bedankt!

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end dans ce gîte des Ardennes, idéal pour accueillir un grand groupe sans jamais se marcher dessus. Les espaces sont vastes, très bien entretenus, et parfaitement pensés pour la vie en groupe : une grande cuisine pratique, un séjour où tout le monde peut se retrouver, et des chambres confortables qui permettent à chacun de bien se reposer. L’environnement est magnifique, au calme, avec de belles balades à faire directement depuis la maison.

Het huis op zich was voor een grote groep zeker toegankelijk en ruim genoeg. Enkel de schoonmaak kon beter. Renovatie zou ook wel een pluspunt zijn. Hier en daar spleten in de ramen waar het water kon doorsijpelen. De keuken was zeer goed uitgerust maar kon ook wat renovatie gebruiken aan elektriciteit enz... Het onthaal was zeer aangenaam. Houten tuinmeubelen ook vernieuwen, buitenverlichting en luifel ook. Wel een leuk verblijf gehad.

Wij verbleven van 24 tot 26 oktober met een vriendengroep van 20 personen in dit vakantiehuis en hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad. De keuken is zeer ruim en volledig uitgerust, ideaal om te koken voor een grote groep. Er is bovendien meer dan voldoende frigo- en opbergruimte, wat het koken en organiseren erg gemakkelijk maakt. De eetzaal en leefruimte zijn ruim en gezellig ingericht, duidelijk afgestemd op grotere groepen. Elke slaapkamer beschikt over een eigen badkamer, wat zorgt voor het nodige comfort en privacy. Beneden is er een bar, perfect om samen iets te drinken of een gezellige avond door te brengen. Daarnaast biedt de wellnessruimte met sauna en jacuzzi extra ontspanning na een dag vol activiteiten. Kortom, een fantastisch verblijf dat wij aan iedereen kunnen aanraden die op zoek is naar een comfortabel en goed uitgerust vakantiehuis voor een weekendje weg met vrienden.

Het huis is fantastisch voor een groep. Zeer ruim met goed uitgeruste keuken. De professionele vaatwasser was een pluspunt. Ook de jaccuzi was een fijne ontspanning na een wandeling. De slaapkamers met individueel sanitair zijn een meerwaarde. De matrassen zijn hier en daar te hard of te zacht. Ook de mooie tuin met terras is een leuke extra, we konden heerlijk buiten eten . 2 extra parasols zouden ervoor zorgen dat iedereen in de schaduw kon zitten. We komen heel graag terug !!!

Wij hebben dit vakantiehuis geboekt met een groep van 26 jongeren. Dit vakantiehuis is perfect voor een gezellig weekend onder vrienden met een grote vriendengroep of familie. Als wij aankwamen in het huisje, kregen wij een eerst een rondleiding en de nodige uitleg over van alles en nog wat. De tuin is groot genoeg. Bij elke slaapkamer is er een aparte badkamer voorzien wat een enorm pluspunt is. De keuken is ook groot genoeg om alles klaar te maken. Ik zou dit vakantiehuis zeker aanraden.

We zijn met 19 volwassenen en 7 kinderen voor de 2de maal naar Ucimont geweest. Dit vakantiehuis is voor ons ideaal: mooie omgeving, ruime living, goed uitgeruste keuken, slaapkamers met eigen badkamer en dan ook nog een sauna en jacuzi. Zeker een aanrader.

We vernleven een lang weekend, vrijdag tot maandag met vrienden. Mooie slaapkamers elk met een thema. Grote mooie ruimtes, de keuken was ruim en groot en er was voldoende kookgerief, ook borden, bestek, glazen etc... ruim voldoende aanwezig. Het staat nu te koop, doch wij hopen dat we volgend jaar kunnen terugkeren
