Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed and one children's bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a shower room.
Finally, this super comfortable cottage is ideal for families and has a great location, from where you can start many walks.
The village of Soy, in the province of Luxembourg, is in the municipality of Erezée, and it is the starting point for beautiful hikes with its 18 walking trails, as well as for the Aisne Tourist Tram, which your children will love!
The small town of Rendeux, crossed by the Ourthe, will also charm you, with its small streets and its tasty produce.

Wij hebben een fijne week gehad met onze zoons van 4 en 1. Een super mooi en net huisje op een rustige plek. Dorpjes en uitjes zijn in de buurt. Wij hadden fietsen mee, maar dat is een uitdaging, zeker met kinderen voor- en achterop. Het was leuk dat er wat buitenspelletjes waren.
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit rustig gelegen huisje. De kamers zijn goed geluiddicht, wat erg fijn was voor onze zoon. De voorzieningen zijn goed op orde, de sauna is makkelijk te bedienen em het comfort is goed. Wel is er wat weinig opbergruimte voor bijvoorbeeld boodschappen, hiervoor is geen kastruimte beschikbaar. Ook zijn er geen kinderbestek of bordjes beschikbaar.
Heerlijk huis, mooie en rustige ligging. Contact met de eigenaar via sms/whatts app erloopt goed.
De avond voor ons vertrek een berichtje gekregen van de eigenaar met de nodige info ivm ons verblijf. Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen door de poetsvrouwendie net gingen vertrekken. Huisje zeer proper. Centraal gelegen tussen Durbuy en Manhay. Mooie uitstappen gedaan naar Parc Chlorophylle, blote voetenpad in Gouvy, vallée des fées in Achouffe en een prachtige wandeling op le plateau des tailles. Verschillende keren naar het oude stadscentrum van Durbuy geweest in de avond. We hebben genoten!

Voor een proper en heel rustig gelegen huisje, met leuk uitzicht en centraal liggend voor vele wandelingen en bezoek aanpalende steden is dit vakantie huis top. Alles in proper voor 4 pers max. Topper
Zeer mooi en gezellig huis, perfect ingericht, zeer proper, moesten er vliegenramen aanwezig zijn dan kreeg dit huis van ons een 10/10!!!
Wat een mooi plekje en wat een fijn huis! Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de ligstoel over het dal, een heerlijke sauna en een comfortabel huis! En enorm rustig.. In de periode dat wij er waren, waren er weinig buren dus heerlijk veel privacy. Echt genoten! En wanneer er iets niet helemaal lukte, was de eigenaar laagdrempelig te bereiken. Zeker een aanrader wanneer je tot rust wil komen! Piepklein puntje: de gebruiksaanwijzingen van de (elektrische) apparatuur zou wat uitgebreider mogen..

Heel leuk vakantiehuis. Gelegen aan een weg met meerdere huizen. Toen wij er waren was een deel van het ‘bos’ weg maar dat maakte wel dat we een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei hadden. Verder een heel compleet huis, bedden netjes opgemaakt bij aankomst. Fijn dat het terrein afgesloten is (met kinderen). We hadden onze elektrische fietsen bij maar we durfden niet over de wegen te fietsen. Wel een mooi fietspad langs de ourthe bij durbuy. Verder leuke locatie met genoeg uitjes in de buurt.

Heel mooi huisje op een rustige ligging. Vanuit het huisje kan je direct meerdere wandelingen starten. Heel handig als je zoals ons met een baby van 10 weken verblijft. Huisje biedt alle nodige comfort en is kraaknet. Hebben jammer genoeg klein ongelukje gehad en buitenlampje omver gereden met wagen. Onze excuses daarvoor. Maar hebben super verblijf achter de rug.
Moderne woning met alle comfort. Zeer net,goed contact met eigenaar, voor herhaling vatbaar. En de sneeuw die we hadden maakte het nog leuker. Sauna is mooi meegenomen
Heel mooi vakantiehuisje midden in de natuur. Alle nodige voorzieningen zijn voorhanden. Centraal gelegen voor allerlei uitstappen. De aanwezige handdoeken en lakens zijn ook een groot pluspunt!

Heel proper vakantiehuis voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Tuin met schommel, sauna (geen verlichting in de sauna) en petanque baan zijn leuk. Op 5 min heb je allerlei supermarkten.
Zeer proper en net huis in een kalme omgeving. Wie de rust wil opzoeken is hier op het juiste adres. Voorzien van alle gemakken is dit de ideale plek om met het gezin te verblijven.

Aangenaam vakantiehuis met leuke kamer voor de kinderen, met tuin met groen uitzicht. 8 min van Hotton en de Ourthe, Okay op 6 minuten, bakker in Soy. Goed gelegen om veel te bezoeken! Heel proper!
Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons hier meteen thuis. Het comfort van de woning en de rust van de omgeving vielen meteen op in positieve zin. Winkels zijn goed bereikbaar en in de buurt vonden we ook prachtige wandelingen. De kinderen konden zich uitleven op de schommel. De petanque en de sauna zijn leuke extra's.

Het was een aangenaam , rustig gelegen , zeer proper vakantieverblijf. Mooie streek , veel gewandeld.

Het is een zeer mooi vakantiehuis. Alle comfort. Uitleg van de toestellen en de sauna zou misschien ook in het Nederlands kunnen.
De eigenaar had ons op voorhand verwittigd dat hij niet aanwezig kon zijn en heeft ons de nodige zaken vermeld. Het huis was zeer proper en rook fris. Ook aan het keukenmateriaal waren geen gebreken. De ligging is goed, er is een bakkerij op 2 km in het 'centrum' van Soy. Ook daar zijn er uitgestippelde wandelingen terug te vinden. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Very sympathetic and cosy house in the middle of the woods, very well maintained and clean. Sauna is great. The only downside is wifi which was very slow and upstairs did not work.
