This 3-star holiday villa in Burnontige near Ferrières in the Province of Liège is the ideal destination for a stay with the family or a group of friends. The twelve bedrooms and the ten bathrooms offer the space you need to live as a group whilst preserving your intimacy.
When the landlords had the holiday villa renovated in 2004, they turned it into a group accommodation that could welcome a very large number of guests and ensured it would meet the expectations of young and old alike.
The living room comprises an open fireplace, a TV, a DVD reader and an internet connection as well as a pool table and a table football table with which children and teenagers can enjoy themselves. The youngest can entertain themselves in the two specially rearranged playrooms.
The 2.000m² garden includes a table tennis table and a football field where kids can spend their energy whilst the adults relax on the large patio, where dogs are welcome.
In the evening, you can prepare a delicious meal in the full kitchen or receive some help from caterers Traiteur Paul Galand or Traiteur Au Berger Gourmet, as both offer delicious regional cuisine.
Located on the outskirts of the Burnontige village and along a seldom traveled road near a river overlooking a beautiful forest and a gorgeous valley, this group accomodation has an ideal location.
The tourist attractions in the region are many. Hikers and nature lovers can visit the mini-golf or simply have some fun at the Durbuy Labyrinth.

Zeer leuk verblijf met 19 volwassenen en 7 kinderen. Goed en vriendelijk ontvangen, ideale speelruimte voor de kids (helemaal inorde met enorm veel speelgoed) en ideale speelruimte voor de papa’s :). Enige tip voor ouders met jonge kinderen neem een trap rekje mee, veel trapjes aanwezig.
Erg genoten van het verblijf met vrienden en kinderen. Erg vriendelijk onthaal door verhuurster. Enkel het weer viel wat tegen maar who cares, gezelligheid creeer je zelf. Echt een aanrader.
La maison convient parfaitement pour un groupe avec enfants. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. L’accueil de la propriétaire était chaleureux. Le gîte est bien équipé. Un bon rapport/qualité prix.
We waren met 29 volwassenen en tieners. Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen: veel ruimte, net, zeer goed uitgerust en rustig gelegen in een mooie streek maar toch gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Een aanrader !
Fantastisch ligging, mooie omgeving, fijne plek om met een groep te zijn. de bedden kunnen wel beter.

Het was een heel leuk huis met veel ruimte en voldoende voorzieningen. Er zou echter nog even werk gemaakt moeten worden van nieuwe koffiezetmachines en waterkoker.

Beau gîte de groupe avec un grand jardin et beaucoup d’espace tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le coin est magnifique, la maison a de beaux espaces, et l’équipement a rencontré nos besoins.

Zeer goede ligging. Toch enkele zaken die beter zouden onderhouden moeten worden. Toiletten beneden hebben we meerdere malen moeten doorspoelen na een toiletbezoek (verwachten een groot waterverbruik). Aan een buitendeur was geen tochtstrip aanwezig wat de verwarmingskost zal doen stijgen.
