Fijn huis voor een vrienden groep. Uitstekend gelegen!
Belle villa spacieuse avec grand jardin, bien située. En arrivant (16h vendredi) on croise un peintre et la propriétaire nous explique que quelques chambres ont été peintes récemment. On remarque l'odeur de peinture, mais au moment même cela nous ne choque pas. Surprise le soir quand on va dormir: odeur de peinture insupportable avec deuxième surprise: radiateurs non purgés à l'étage et non fonctionnels. Le chauffage a été réparé le lendemain, mais pour dormir on a du s'organiser.

Ruim en eenvoudig huis, wat gedateerd. Erg basic maar daar kiezen we voor en zijn we tevreden mee. Drukke weg vlakbij is wel een minpunt. Dichtbij circuit en Spa.
Maison spacieuse avec un bel espace salon, et vue sur lejardin. Équipements en suffisance et complet même si petites choses à améliorer (cuisinière sous dimensionnée pour 12 pers., couverts un peu juste même si au moins 1 de chaque sorte). Pas d'eau chaude dans une des salles de douche et débit assez faible dans l'autre mais douches à l'italienne venir. Faible insonorisation des chambres mais chambres correctement équipées. Espace détente appréciable avec sauna.
Magnifique maison pleine de charme au cœur de Francorchamps. Un accueil très agréable grâce à un propriétaire très sympathique. Les pièces de vie sont idéales pour un week-end entre amis. La région est magnifique à visiter, et les habitants du village sont super sympas également (mention spéciale à la fête du grand feu de Francorchamps !). Je recommande vivement ce lieu de vacances à tous !

Nous avons réservé un weekend entre amis dans ce gîte et avons passé un excellent weekend. C'est grand, bien proportionné et équipé. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant. Très bien !
Wij waren niet tevreden van dit vakantiehuis. Het heeft een redelijk goede ligging (leuke wandelbossen in de buurt), maar aan het huis zelf is echt wel meer onderhoud nodig. Er was schimmel in de badkamer en in de diepvries, 1 douche had geen warm water, een andere lekte tot in de woonkamer. De leuke zetel op de foto was er niet, enkel een 2+3 zit en een tuinset) De minivoetbal van op de foto was er niet Meerdere stoelen en tafels waren stuk Met enkele ingrepen kan dit een leuker huis worden.

Zeer leuk vakantiehuis. Alles was netjes in orde. Het stoorde ons niet dat het huisje langs de drukke baan lag. Jammer dat de voetbaltafel niet meer aanwezig was. Deze staat wel nog op de foto's.
Het vakantiehuis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Qua inrichting is het wat kaal en minder huiselijk. De ligging is voor liefhebbers van autoracen erg goed. Het circuit van Francorchamps ligt op loopafstand en is goed toegankelijk. We vonden de wandelmogelijkheden vanuit huis beperkt. Je moet er echt op uit met de auto om te kunnen wandelen en dergelijke.

Zeer goed bevallen, het enige nadeel is de ligging aan de drukke weg.
Het huis is ruim opgezet met een mooie tuin. Er kan echter veel gedaan worden aan het onderhoud van het huis met name de badkamers en de bedbodems. Er zitten geen Nederlandse tv zenders op de tv

Enorm leuk verblijf gehad met onze vriendengroep. Mooie grote tuin, grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte en een uitgeruste keuken. Eigenaar makkelijk bereikbaar. Een aanrader!
Espaces très bien pour un séjour en groupe. Equipements basiques mais suffisants. Literie ok. Vue arrière sur jardin jolie. Un bémol: la grand route qui passe devant. Ce qui n’a cependant pas gâché un super séjour dans une région magnifique. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire.
maison très spacieuse et très fonctionnelle, avec un certain caractère. salon et salle à manger sont confortables et propices à de belles réunions de famille. le feu ouvert et le sauna furent très agréables en cette période de froid. Les 3 WC , la SDB et les 2 'douches' permettent de n'avoir aucune attente, même à 12 ! il n'y a pas de wifi mais la couverture 4G/5G était optimale à cet endroit.
Prijs kwaliteit is dit een prima huis. Voldoende plaats voor 12 personen. Zeer ruime inkomhal wat in de winter en met slecht weer zeer welkom is voor alle vuile schoenen en jassen. De streek is zeer goed.
