This old farm has been converted into a hotel and is now a beautiful and comfortable holiday home. It is ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy nature in peace. You and your group will have 9 comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of the rooms are connecting and three baby beds are available. All rooms are easily accessible to people with reduced mobility, as they have a special lift in the lower hall. The professional kitchen will encourage you to prepare delicious meals. And while the cooks are busy in the kitchen, others can play billiards in the lounge or have a drink at the bar, where three refrigerators ensure cool drinks. Others may want to lounge and enjoy the beautiful view from the spacious terrace or challenge each other to a game of boules, while the children play on the outdoor games in the huge garden.
Not only is the view from your holiday home beautiful, but it is also located next to the royal estate of Ciergnon, 100 meters from the Lesse and 200 meters from a forest. It is therefore the ideal starting point for beautiful walks or bike rides. Nearby, you can also visit the fairy-tale village of Celles, which will surprise you in many ways. The castle of Lavaux-Sainte-Anne also deserves a visit. The UNESCO Global Geopark Famenne Ardenne will introduce you to surprising natural phenomena and exciting activities. Just like the Furfooz park, where archaeological discoveries also await you. You can also opt for a classic: the Domain of the Caves of Han, where you can not only go down into the caves, but also see many animals in the wildlife park.

Practical: next to your holiday home is a pleasant brewery/restaurant, as well as a large room for weddings: do not hesitate to ask the owner for its use!
Wild animals are often present in the surroundings. It is not uncommon to see deer, does and roe deer passing by from your holiday home!
The farm is particularly isolated, but it is not suitable for loud and late parties.
The owner provides catering services on request, exclusively (services from other caterers are therefore not allowed).
For security reasons, please do imperatively respect the maximum number of 30 people, inclusive children and babies

Zeer mooi huis in prachtige natuur! Heel aangename ruimte om met grote familiegroep op weekend te gaan. Wij hebben enorm genoten! Punt voor verbetering: betere bedden en upgrade van zetel...
Un séjour très agréable entre amis. Le propriétaire contrairement à certains commentaires est très sympa et est tout de suite là quand vous avez besoin de quelque chose, ce qui est très pratique. Vraiment il y a tout dans la cuisine pour cuisiner pour de grands groupes, 2 immenses fours par exemple. Les plus sont la vue, les salles de bain, le bar et la grande terrasse. Seul bémol est la literie : les housses de protection des matelas sont un peu jaunes et les lits grincent beaucoup.
Séjour parfait: Un cadre superbe. Une maison très bien finie et très belle. Des propriétaires attentifs et à l'écoute. je recommande vraiment cette location
Goed huis. Mooie tuin. Veel privacy. Fijne omgang met eigenaren. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Vanaf het eerste moment waren er waren we erg tevreden met het huis. De (mannelijke) eigenaar van de woning heeft onze privacy grenzen ver overschreden. De eerste avond werd er op de deur van de woonkamer geklopt. De voordeur heeft de eigenaar zelf geopend. Volgens de eigenaar was er een feest gaande wat absoluut niet het geval was. Het contact heeft ons allemaal een zeer vervelend en onveilig bezorgd. We zijn zeer luid aangesproken en toegeschreeuwd. Dit had nooit mogen gebeuren.

Magnifique gîte au calme. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bains. La cuisine est bien équipée . Seule la qualité des lits doit être améliorée.
Schön eingerichtetes und renoviertes Haus. Idyllisch in der Natur gelegen, super Wanderwege. Hatten eine schöne Zeit.
Zeer aangenaam verblijf, heel goede en vriendelijke communicatie met eigenares. Er zijn wat hardere bedden tussen, maar voor de rest geen klagen :) Aanrader met een grote groep, ook met kinderen. Goed geïsoleerd voor geluid.
We hebben wandelingen om nooit te vergeten kunnen maken in dit prachtige gebied.
Goede ontvangst door de gastvrouw met duidelijke informatie. Voor grotere groepen in een professionele context voldoet de wifi niet aan de verwachtingen. Er waren wat miscommunicaties over het eten, deze werden gaandeweg opgelost.
