This holiday cottage was thoughtfully and neatly decorated. The living area is asbolutely splendid with its large window bays that bring much brightness to the vast rooms. The whole family will be able to be gathered together for pleasant evenings. You will have 5 bedrooms at your disposal, 3 of which are equipped with a private bathroom. There are thus 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for optimal comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped and will allow you to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed among family or friends. From all around the house, you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the Warche valley, but the best place to enjoy it is from the terrace and the large and peaceful private garden. The children will also be happy to enjoy children games while the adults will enjoy a delicious barbecue.

Prima huis op een mooie locatie. Alleen jammer dat op de foto's de 2 houtkachels nog staan terwijl er nu een pelletkachel in zit.
Op dit moment geef ik nog geen oordeel over de woning omdat de afhandeling van mijn klacht nog in behandeling is van Ardennen-etape. Na deze afhandeling beoordeel ik de woning op reviewpages en geef daarbij aan hoe Ardennen-etape mijn klacht heeft behandeld.
Mooi vakantiehuis op prachtige locatie. Het huis is zeer gehorig, beneden in het verblijf is schimmel in de badkamer. De slaapkamers zijn redelijk, de badkamers minimaal. Huis is erg vochtig, de pelletkachel is wel erg fijn.
Het vakantiehuis is erg verouderd, de badkamers zijn echt wel aan vernieuwing toe. Het is ook erg klein de foto's op de site zijn heel misleidend.

Leuk vakantiehuis in de ardennen,mooie omgeving aan te raden,let wel op praten Frans en Duits maar met Google translate kwam het allemaal goed. Heel groot pluspunt, bedden opgemaakt en keurig handdoeken op bed bij aankomst.

Maison idealement situee a Malemedy avec un vie incroyable et un jardin superbe. Le bbq a disposition est de tres bonne qualite et la terrase en bois tres agreable. Cependant, la qualite de la maison est moyenne, avec des materiaux viellis. L’insonorisation des differentes chambres laisse aussi a desirer.
Mooie uitzicht achterzijde. Huis is verouderd. Het huis is moeilijk te verwarmen. Badkamer beneden was voichtig en is an vernieuwing toe. Keukngerief is zeer beperkt.
Mooi huis voor een groep. Badkamers kunnen beter en één kleine kamer.
Mooie inrichting en een leuke tuin met prachtig uitzicht. In de keuken is men wel aan een nieuwe vaatwasser toe. Groetjes, Lea
Prima locatie voor een wielerweekend. goede bedden, goede BBQ, veel ruimte.
Voor 10 personen (5 koppels) is dit huis misschien iets te klein. Met de kleine keramische kookplaat is moeilijk om voor 10 personen te koken. De keramische kookplaat blijft na het koken nog een hele tijd warm en is misschien minder geschikt voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen.
