With 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this holiday cottage was designed to host up to 32 persons. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen that opens up on the large dining room. You will have everything necessary to prepare delicious meals for the whole family in a convivial atmosphere. You will also have a relaxation area with sauna at your disposal. Almost all the bedrooms are located on the first floor and you will find a playroom with billiard on the second floor as well as a sitting room with TV/DVD. Everyone will find something to their liking. In summer you will be happy to find a lovely garden with barbecue. The children will also be able to enjoy a slide and a swing.
The region is a real paradise in terms of outdoor activities. Kayak Les Remous and Domaine de Palogne offer mountain biking and kayaking activities and if you are looking for an original activity, do not miss the Caves of Comblain-au-Pont. You will also be just 10 km away from Durbuy, a charming town to be visited. Come discover a unique atmosphere, small alleys, cafés and the Parc des Topiaires with over 250 plant sculptures. The children will also appreciate the Labyrinth of Barvaux where they will experience an original and unique family activity.

Logement très bien pour les grandes familles
Het huis is redelijk goed onderhouden. Voor families met tieners en jonge kinderen uitermate geschikt. Goede uitvalsbasis voor diverse activiteiten in de omgeving. We hebben een fantastisch weekend gehad
Opzich een prima plek, huis is zeker groot genoeg maar enkele cruciale zaken zouden aangepakt moeten worden. Zoals een veilig speeltuig/plein voor de kindjes. En slaapvertrekken die in orde zijn. Verder bevatten de kinderbedjes en bekers enorm veel kalk en viezigheid. Alsook de glazen en bestek. Er was wel een klusjesman gekomen de dag van vertrek voor de ramen aan te pakken. Iets wat positief is! De dame die ons ontving was ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Très chouette gîte! Nous étions 31 personnes et la taille du gîte était adéquate. Nous avons apprécié le fait que la pièce de vie donnait directement sur la terrasse et le jardin. Ce qui nous permettait de rester ensemble indépendamment des activités réalisées: cuisine, BBQ, jeux extérieurs, ... La vue est magnifique: grande ouverture sur les campagnes. Les balades dans les alentours sont très sympas et nombreuses. Il y a un Proxy Delhaize juste en face pour les besoins de dernières minutes...
We waren met 24 personen, waarvan 13 kids tussen 7 en 17 jaar. Het was prachtig, heet weer. We hebben genoten van de grote tuin en het goede terras. Parasols waren ter beschikking. Alles was proper genoeg maar toch waren vernieuwing toe. Veel kamers en badkamers, goede bedden. We hadden een heel leuk weekend.

Degelijk onderhouden vakantieverblijf, maar de 2 livings gebruik je nauwelijks. Breng zelf glazen mee. Beperkt oven, kook en frigo/diepvries. Kicker en pooltafel aan vervanging toe. Wel goede bedden Prijs kwaliteit ok. Maar wij gaan niet meer terug
Antwoord van de eigenares : "Merci pour votre retour. Le gîte est organisé pour accueillir 32 personnes. Il est donc équipé de verres, tasses et vaisselle en conséquence. Nous sommes toujours à votre disposition si vous manquez de quoi que ce soit, nous avons des réserves! La cuisine dispose de 6 taques électriques, d'un simple four encastré, d'un grand frigo avec un compartiment qui peut être frigo ou congélateur suivant votre besoin, d'un deuxième frigo, de 2 laves-vaisselle... Le kicker n'a pas un an et le tapis du billard a été remplacé durant le covid."
Mooi gelegen huis met veel buitenruimte en uitzicht. Veel verschillende ruimtes om te zitten. Erg basic interieur en flink wat achterstallig onderhoud zowel binnen als buiten. Op veel vlakken renovatie en/of vervanging nodig om er echt een verzorgde woning van te maken.
Maison très spacieuse qui convient idéalement pour un grand groupe. On y respire. Deux grands salons et des petits coins en mezzanine. On s'y sent bien
