Since the first part can accommodate between 8 and 12 people and the second part between 8 and 10, a total of 16 to 22 people will be able to enjoy a stay here. The organization into two separate houses is perfect for a group stay, so each can enjoy comfort and privacy. Indeed, out of the nine bedrooms, eight feature a luxurious and modern private bathroom. Each accommodation also offers its own living area, consisting of a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will also find lots of options for entertainment: with a room that includes table football and a billiard table, as well as a superb indoor heated pool that is available all year round. Additionally, you will find a splendid wellness area that includes an infrared cabin, a jacuzzi, as well as a steam room for five people. Outside, the large private garden is the ideal playground for your children and the two terraces are perfect for getting everyone together to enjoy sharing a nice barbecue!
Near your holiday house, many walks await, so you can admire at your leisure the superb landscapes of the area. If your children are reluctant to go for a hike, pass by Baudet d'âne, where you will find a rather unusual walking companion! For another family outing, your children will be happy to discover the Petting Zoo, with its animals in freedom and its playground in an exceptional setting. Bouillon is the tourist centre of the area. Rich in a beautiful historical heritage, the city is home to many wonders, such as its Castle Fort, a remarkable building that dominates the city. Très belle maison de vacances pour un séjour entre amis
Très belle et grande maison ! Très agréable pour un week-end en famille. Chacun a son espace. Attention à la sécurité des escaliers avec jeune enfant. Défaut le dernier jour avec le volet de la piscine (fusible descendu). Il ne s’est pas ouvert et pas de solution apportée par les gérants pour venir le débloquer . Gros bémol, nous avons perdu un jour de piscine. Alors qu’il s’agit de l’atout principal de cette maison….
Fijne woningen, 2 aparte huizen. Dit had wel gemeld mogen worden. Maar alles was echt heel mooi en goed verzorgd. Zeker aan te raden! Een super verblijf gehad!

Wat een heerlijk vakantiehuis. Alles wat je wenst is aanwezig inclusief een heerlijke tuin. Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Prachtige omgeving ook waar veel te doen is. Een aanrader voor wie van luxe en natuur houdt.

Verblijf met mijn 4 kinderen en 12 kleinkinderen, ieder heeft voldoende privacy, ligging uitstekend. Uitrusting en mogelijkheden van het huis perfect. Kinderen genoten van het zwembad. Voor ons één nadeel, mijn vrouw zat in een rolstoel en er is geen slaapkamer op het gelijkvloers.
Het is een fantastisch ruime vakantie woning. En heerlijk warm zwembad. Het onderhoud van het huis laat wat te wensen over.
Prima vakantiehuis! De trap is voor de aller kleinste kinderen wel gevaarlijk ivm de ver uit elkaar staande leuning houders
L'évaluation tient compte d'une moyenne des deux maisons. Maison avec piscine : 1. Bien : Chambres, pièce de jeu et chambre enfants, salon, piscine. Mauvais : Sauna off, jacuzzi à moitié fonctionnel, néon évier cuisine off, lampes extérieures à l'entrée off, billard moins bien qu'attendu (deux cannes, une cassée), lampes intérieure piscine off, pas ou peu de couettes doubles pour lits simples. Maison avec hammam : Bien : Hamman, espace salon / cuisine. Moins bien : chambres, sortie hamman.

Een zeer fijn verblijf met voor onze grote groep toch genoeg ruimte voor gezelligheid en plezier samen en apart, voor ieder mogelijkheid tot vakantie op eigen tempo en naar eigen wensen...
Fijn huis met veel erop en er aan. Minder geschikt voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Er zijn bijvoorbeeld geen traphekjes e.d.

Een prachtig verblijf in deze vakantiewoning, alles was naar wens buiten het weder dat minder was maar de accomodatie van het huis en de wellness maakte het weekend compleet en TOP, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst van Alida. Familie Vermosen #de Verrmosiens in dardennen ??
Mooi huis met goede faciliteiten maar jammer genoeg ook met een aantal gebreken: weinig wc’s waarvan er 1 kapot was, de hammam lekt, douches die niet naar behoren werken, gasvuur werkt niet volledig. Voor die prijs kan het beter.
Le nombre de toilettes dans la maison est mentionné sur la fiche descriptive de celle-ci. Après vérification, le problème rencontré avec le wc durant le séjour était dû à une mauvaise utilisation. Le propriétaire nous confirme que les autres éléments sont quant à eux à nouveau pleinement opérationnels.
