Welcome to this spacious holiday home for 9 people, located in the picturesque region of the three borders (Belgium – Netherlands – Germany), with a rich history that until 1919 even included four borders. This holiday home was carefully renovated in 2025 and offers you a comfortable and cozy base to discover this special area. With a living area of approximately 260 m² you can enjoy plenty of space and comfort during your stay here.

Inside you will find a spacious living room with a cozy atmosphere, a well-equipped kitchen and games for the children. For the very little ones there is a baby cot and a high chair available. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so everyone has enough privacy and comfort. For the sporty guests there is a special bike storage where you can safely park your bikes.

One of the absolute assets of this holiday home is the sauna in a spacious relaxation room where you can relax wonderfully after a day full of adventure. Outside awaits a large private garden, including a slide, a nest swing (fun for both children and adults!) and various outdoor games. The large, covered private terrace is perfect for cozy evenings (with a barbecue included? ;-)) and offers a nice place to have breakfast in the morning.

The house is located on the edge of the charming village of Gemmenich, only 500 meters from the center, in a quiet street with little traffic. Ideally located close to the forests of the region (less than 500 meters), and only 200 meters from the Ravel network, this is the perfect place for families, groups of friends or sports enthusiasts who want to walk, cycle or just relax in nature.

Forests, the Ravel network and numerous activities are just around the corner. The tripoint can also be reached on foot from your holiday home. Here you will find many activities for young and old.
