This beautiful holiday home in Stavelot is ideal for groups of up to 10 people who want to enjoy a comfortable and cozy time in the Belgian Ardennes. Throughout the entire house, wood has been used, which creates that warm and inviting atmosphere so characteristic of the Ardennes.
The house is divided into two separate living units: one at the parking level, accessible via a separate entrance, and the other spread over the first and second floors. This makes it perfect for families or groups who want some privacy and still enjoy being together. Moreover, there are facilities such as a baby cot and a high chair available, so even the little ones can stay comfortably.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing enough space and comfort for everyone. The children's room is a real dream for the little ones: the beds are shaped like huts and from the room children can watch what is happening in the playground in the garden through a telescope and a control tower. This makes it a unique place where children can entertain themselves for hours and feel completely at home.
For relaxation, there is a spacious relaxation room where you can relax wonderfully. In addition, there is both a sauna and a hot tub available, so after a day full of activities you can completely unwind. The house is also equipped with a wood stove, which contributes to the cozy and warm atmosphere inside.

Acht volwassenen en een baby samen voor een weekend in een uitstekend uitgerust huis in de prachtige Ardennen. Het huis heeft privacy op de eigen slaapkamers ( allemaal eigen sanitair) en een heerlijke huiskamer met een uitstekend uitgeruste keuken en een geweldige lange gezellige eettafel. Buitenruimte prachtig, met hot tub , barbeque , overdekte veranda en heerlijke speelweide en zonnenweide. Vooral ook heerlijk met kleinere kinderen, lijkt ons. Genieten.
Très belle maison bien située, et des propriétaires vraiment disponible en cas de besoin ! On a vraiment adoré !!
Het was een fantastisch vakantie huisje. De omgeving was mooi en de ligging van het huis was ook top. Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad. Echt een aanrader!
Prachtig huis in mooie omgeving. Keuken en badkamers perfect. Goed schoon. Mooie omheinde tuin en hottub. Veel vliegen, maar door horren viel overlast binnen erg mee. Klimmetje vanuit Stavelot naar Lodomez is erg pittig.
Prachtige vakantiewoning die zeer compleet en netjes is. Mooie centrale omgeving waar je heerlijk met je hond kunt wandelen en waar je binnen 5 minuten op de grote binnenwegen of snelweg bent. Heerlijke vooral rustige omgeving met mooie wandel- fiets en hardlooproutes. Dichtbij alle activiteiten zoals COO Adventure en het Circuit van Spa Francorchamps. Enige kleine nadeel zijn de vliegen in de zomer vanwege het bos, water en de veeteelt in de omgeving.
Séjour entre amis avec enfants d'âges divers , nous avons tous les neufs trouver notre bonheur au sein de votre maison , calme , détente, amusement , dépaysement... Très belle localisation, facile d'accès . Un wk était trop court à nos yeux ! Nous retenons cette maison aux notes poétique pour nos futurs escapades. Merci . Aurélie & co
Nette woning op rustige heuvelrug. De tuin met Hottub is heerlijk, zeker in combinatie met de Infrarood sauna. Kamers zijn ruim en veilig voor kinderen.
Top! Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Ruim huis, hot tub, bbq op hout, sauna. Zeer netjes!
Prachtig huisje. Alles goed voorzien en zeer kindvriendelijk.
Mooi, stijlvol huis. Alles was aanwezig. Ook was er op voorhand al communicatie of we interesse hadden ivm een brochure wat er te doen was in de buurt. Over de eigenaars alleen maar lovende woorden. Zelfs een drinkbus die we er vergeten waren is terug vlotjes bij ons terechtgekomen. Een aanrader als jullie het ons vragen.

IDEAAL VOOR EEN LEUK GEZINS WEEKEIND
Top huis zeker een 10+. Alles aanwezig en top geregeld de gastvrijheid is groot bij de mensen. Veel huizen geboekt ook veel met een 10 maar dit overtreft alles zeker een hele dikke 10!!!
Fijne week gehad in het vakantiehuis in Lodomez ondanks het wat mindere weer. We zijn hier voor de tweede keer geweest en alles was weer heel goed in orde.
Een mooi ruim opgezet huis , zeer charmant ingericht , en met een mooi uitzicht . Tevens is het hele huis is voorzien van horren zodat er minimaal last is van insecten (vliegen Dan wel muggen) Naast een prima uv sauna is er ook een hot tube , tip wanneer men met een groot gezin wat lange blijft Zou het water sneller moeten worden ververst. Tip bij twee slaapkamers zitten ventilatieroosters ,deze kunnen open en dicht wanneer deze open staan is bezoek vleermuizen mogelijk
Een ontzettend leuke woning en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedstee en het speelhuisje in de tuin waren de kers op de taart!
Heel mooi en fijn huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan alles gedacht, bij sauna en Jacuzi handdoeken, badjassen en slippers. Keuken goed uitgerust. Voor de kinderen een super slaapkamer en speelhuis in de tuin. Al met al genoten
Prachtig vakantiehuis met alle modern comfort. Wij verbleven er met 6 volwassenen, 1 kind, een peuter en 1 hond. Iedereen heeft genoten van het huis en de mogelijkheden. Zeer tevreden ook van de ontvangst door de gastheer en -vrouw.
Een heerlijk huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor de kinderen een geweldige kamer met de bedstedes. Ontvangst van het echtpaar was zeer hartelijk (per mail). Genoten van de sauna en hottub. De keuken is meer dan compleet. Het appartement in de kelder is voorzien van alle luxe (keukenmet afwasmachine, oven etc). Mooie wandeli ngen in de omgeving gemaakt. Kortom, een perfect verblijf om te onthaasten en te genieten van al het moois dat de Ardennen te bieden heeft!
