This 4 star holiday home located in a hamlet benefits from large living areas, quality materials and neatly laid out bedrooms. Located in Stoumont, this holiday villa offers a beautiful panorama over the countryside. The 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are spread over two floors and may accommodate up to 18/20 persons. You will also benefit from a relaxation area with sauna and solarium on the second floor. If some guests wish to have a little more privacy, a small apartment with lounge, bathroom and television is to be found just in front of the villa. And the barbecue, the outdoor swimming pool as well as the 8,000m² garden await you for most relaxing moments when the weather allows it. The swimming pool is available from mid-May to the end of September and heated if the air temperature exceeds 15°C. During the winter season, you may enjoy the relaxation area instead.
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Gezellig huis met fijne, grote ruimtes. Goede voorzieningen en prachtig uitzicht.
Bien que la maison n'est pas neuve elle est bien entretenu. Ce qui est un peu dommage est que le sauna se roule au grenier loin de la piscine dans le jardin. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui était la pour résoudre chaque petit problème et ça en seulement quelques minutes, on se sent vraiment bien accueilli.
Geweldig uitzicht. Schoon. Helaas veel te kleine keuken. Huis is zeer ongezellig ingericht. Badkamers in de kelder. Zwembad pas vanaf half mei geopend. Eetkamer stoelen zijn aan vervanging toe.
Wij hebben een aangenaam weekend gehad met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Het aantal 2 persoonsbedden klopte niet met de beschrijving op de website van het vakantiehuis. Met als gevolg dat we 1 persoonshoeslakens te weinig bij hadden. Verder alles netjes en prima in orde.
Zeer leuk verblijf gehad. Fijne ontvangst, alles naar wens. Rustig, afgelegen en ruime woning voor een grote groep.
Het verblijf was erg geweldig. De locatie van de villa is uitstekend, geschikt voor zowel ontspanning als buitenactiviteiten. De gastheer is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik raad het ten zeerste aan om te gaan.
Een zeer aangenaam verblijf in een prachtige omgeving. De ontvangst was ook top!
La maison est super bien situé avec une vue magnifiquement verdoyante. c'était top!! Les enfants on bien profité de la piscine qui se trouve juste vers le bas zvec aucune intimité. Je trouve qu'il manquait de transats ( 4 transats pour 11 adultes) sachant que c'est une maison pour 20. Iryna la proprio a été très serviable dès qu'on avait besoin de qqchose elle était là. Pour tout le confort du séjour, il faudrait qu'elle installe des moustiquaires. c'était vraiment le point négatif.
