Uitstekende ligging. Heel lang zon op terras. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.Heel dicht bij het bos voor wandelingen. Rustig gelegen. Op 3km van een winkel. Dankzij het mooie weer hebben we kunnen genieten van de bbq die in de tuin aanwezig is. Een aanrader!
Goed vakantiehuis, proper, mooie locatie. Verbleven voor mountainbike trip, dus enkel nood aan de basis faciliteiten, die zeker in orde waren. Goed ontvangen door contact ter plaatse
Beau chalet situé sur les hauteurs de Trois-Ponts. Les deux salles de bains sont un plus. Toutes les commodités sont présentes, et le bien correspond à la description.
Fijn en ordelijk vakantiehuis. Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenares. We genoten van de rustige omgeving en het bos vlakbij.

Prachtig en ruime vakantiewoning inclusief erg complete uitrusting van oven tot tosti-ijzer. Erg mooie ligging pal naast het bos en een mooie wandeling naar Trois-Ponts. Eigenaresse is erg aardig en behulpzaam en samen met Google translate en WhatsApp heel goed te communiceren :-)
Maison de vacances très bien située près d'un chemin de forêt et au sommet d'une colline. Cadre calme. Beaucoup d'ustensiles et de mobilier pour le confort : il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La charpente craque avec les changements de température (prévoir bouchons d'oreilles). Présence de moustiquaires à l'étage. Parking spacieux devant la maison. Jardin clôturé. Je suis prêt à revenir dans cette maison.

Heel proper, vriendelijk ontvangst! Tuin helemaal omheind dus ideaal voor kleinere kinderen.
Fijn huisje met goede indeling en ruime kamers. De speelplek boven op 1 van de kamers is een pluspunt voor gezinnen met kinderen, alsook de afgesloten tuin. Ligt naast het Landal park met een speeltuintje. Belangrijk adres voor de GPS is "Parque St. Jacques 24" anders kom je ergens anders uit.
très belle maison au calme
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit ruime huis met twee zeer grote slaapkamers. Genoten van de tuin rondom. Badkamer/wc kunnen een update gebruiken, maar alles werkt. Vanuit huis starten wandelingen. Restaurants inTrois Ponts en Stavelot. Veel privacy. Wel andere vakantiehuizen rondom. Eerste dagen beetje geluidshinder v. vriendengroep in huis tegenover en bouwgeluiden van huis verderop (= nu klaar). Tip: tik in Google maps: Parc St. Jacques 24. Tegenover dit vakantiehuis staat het Chalet
Goed vakantiehuis. Redelijk rustig nabij bos. Ondanks de hoge ligging geen vergezicht. Een extra zonne-/regenscherm voor het hele terras zou handig zijn om nog meer buiten te kunnen vertoeven.
Met wat opfrissingswerken (wc bril beneden)en ventilators op de kamer, zou ik eventueel nog ns boeken
We waren een beetje misleid door de foto op de site. Het leek alsof er geen andere huisjes in de buurt waren. Het is er wel erg rustig dat maakte veel goed. Het adres is niet helemaal juist maar door een berichtje te sturen naar de verantwoordelijke kwam het helemaal goed.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, hat wirklich alles, was man benötigt (und noch mehr), und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt ein Wald, der sich für schöne Spaziergänge anbietet. Menschen mit sehr leichtem Schlaf sollten allerdings bedenken, dass das Holz nachts bei bestimmten Witterungsverhältnissen relativ viele Geräusche macht. Insgesamt aber uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
Leuk huis , goed onderhouden, een beetje moeilijk te vinden maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen.
De aanwezige rookmelders (iedere ruimte) zijn niet op de juiste plaats gemonteerd, deze behoren aan het plafond geplaatst te zijn. Hier zijn deze op de balk en/of tegen de wand geplaatst, wat dus niet de juiste veiligheid geeft.

Zeer goeie prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Op foto's op website leek het echter dat er geen huizen in de nabijheid waren terwijl dat niet zo was. De grote slaapkamers en het vele speelgoed maakten het goed.
