Everyone in your group will appreciate the inviting 165m² living room and the very pleasant 45m² games room. The superb fully equipped kitchen will also delight those who like to cook.
In order to preserve the comfort and privacy of all, each of the eight carefully appointed rooms has an en suite bathroom. The owners have thought of every detail to ensure an exceptional stay: sauna and infrared cabin, billiards table and a space totally dedicated to younger guests.
Outside, there are also some excellent surprises for you: a Nordic bath, the large garden, a petanque terrain, and different small areas around the garden that are ideal to relax in, which will delight young and older guests.
During the summer months, head to the Lake and Dam of Robertville, located just a few steps away from your holiday home, for an afternoon of swimming or paddle boating. The charming town of Malmedy and the village of Waimes are only a few kilometres away from this luxury villa. Thrill seekers can count on Ardenne Activity and Sniper Zone Paintball for an exciting afternoon outing.

Een voortreffelijk verblijf. Alles was perfect geregeld. Niet anders dan complimenten. Dit vakantiehuis is voor grote groepen familie een aanrader.
Dit was het 4e jaar op rij dat wij met onze sportclub een woning huurden voor onze jaarlijks weekendje. Deze woning was met voorsprong de beste die wij tot nu toe huurden. Enkel lovende woorden, geen enkel negatieve opmerking.
We hebben het als hee4l goed ervaren .
Séjour en famille de 24 à 83 ans, tout le monde a adoré . L'accueil est super chaleureux, les propriétaires ont pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison et de chaque équipement mis à notre disposition ( sauna, jacuzzi, grande plancha, bbq,...). Propreté parfaite. Situation idéale pour les balades ( lac de Robertville, Ventrilogie). Séjour au top.

Goed ontvangen met rondleiding door gastheer. Zowel binnen als buiten alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Zowel voor oud als jong. Vooral genoten van de grote tuin en bbq tijdens de warme dagen
Heel mooi huis met een prachtig grote tuin! Ligging is prima, wel rekening te houden met de buurt (na 22 uur buiten rustig/stil).
Wij hebben met de hele familie, oud en jong, een lang weekend genoten in dit fijne huis. Wij zouden hier zeker nog eens terug willen komen.
Voor een gezinsvakantie met kleine kinderen en tieners een uitstekend verblijf ! Ruime avontuurlijke tuin, heel gezellige akkomodatie ... Beslist een aanrader !
Heerlijk huis. Wij waren met 9 volwassenen en 6 kindjes die zich uitgeleefd hebben in de tuin op de trampoline en de schommels. De Nordic tub is een groot pluspunt. De vuurkorf met banken errond zorgde voor gezellige avonden voor groot en klein. De ruime living is heel gezellig met veel lichtinval. De ligging van het huis is ook een pluspunt. Je kan mooie wandelingen maken in de buurt. Wij hebben genoten!!
Onze familie (15 personen) heeft enorm genoten van het verblijf in het vakantiehuis "Le coup de coeur de Marie". Een echte aanrader! OOK een toplocatie!

Top huisje. We waren met 15, plaats genoeg voor iedereen. Ook de voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Eigenaar snel en gemakkelijk te bereiken. Was een top weekend!

Mooi vakantiehuis, prachtige ligging en uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor allerlei activiteiten. Veel parkeerplaats, leuke extra’s zoals hottub en plancha in de tuin waar je lekker overdekt en warm kan genieten van het samenzijn en lekker eten. Zeker een aanrader.
Een geweldige accommodatie om er met ons 15 een weekend te verblijven.we hebben erg genoten en komen zeker terug. Het was perfect.
Maison très agréable, bien équipée
Het huis is ideaal voor een verblijf met gezinnen met kinderen. de eet- en zithoek zijn ruim en heel gezellig. er is een hoekje met speelgoed voor de allerkleinsten. de sauna en vooral de ruimte met de BBQ zijn een extra. wij hebben oprecht genoten van ons verblijf in dit huis!

Topverblijf, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst !
Wij hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad met onze familie, drie gezinnen met grote en kleine kinderen, tuin is veilig en perfect in orde, het huis is al wat ouder maar heel goed onderhouden en alles is aanwezig. Eén minpuntje, er is boven slechts één toilet voorzien voor vijf slaapkamers.
Fantastisch huis voorzien van alle comfort. Top locatie, zeer vriendelijk ont vangst.
Een heerlijk tweede verblijf gehad in dit mooie huis. Heerlijke tuin , voldoende slaapkamers en ruimte.
Het was erg leuk! En een erg fijn huis. Het is er gezellig en knus. En genoeg ruimte voor iedereen.

Été comme hiver le logement est propice aux retrouvailles en famille. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end.
