What does Ardennes-étape cancellation insurance cover?

Are you someone who prefers prevention rather than cure? For peace of mind when travelling, take out cancellation insurance.   

The cancellation insurance that Ardennes-étape offers you with Europ Assistance and Link-Gennen & Schmatz  S.A. is unique on the market:

  • It protects you both before departure by covering your cancellation costs and during the trip itself by reimbursing you if you unfortunately have to cut your holiday short. 
  • It covers the holder of the booking and everyone accompanying him/her during the stay. N.B. To do this, please send us the details of all the heads of family in your group within seven days of receiving your booking confirmation.
  • Amount insured: The total price of your booking with a maximum of €10,000 per insured person.
  • Premium applicable: 7.5% of the rent of your rental.

To send us your cancellation request, please fill in this contact form. Under "My question concerns", select "My booking" and then "I want to cancel/postpone my booking". Please give details of your request and, above all, make sure you attach all your supporting documents. We will then get back to you swiftly with a decision from our insurer and a possible refund of your stay.
