What are the arrival and departure times at Ardennes-Etape?

Information concerning arrivals and departures can before found in the description of each holiday house. Arrivals are generally scheduled between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.; departures at 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Sundays.

Arrival times

• Unless otherwise stated, the arrival time is generally between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.. 
• We request that you confirm your arrival time with your contact person on the eve of your holiday for him/her to be able to give you a smooth welcome. You should do so even if you are arriving at the recommended time.
• The holiday home cannot be accessed prior to the planned arrival time. 
• If you are delayed, notify your contact person for him/her to be able to give you a smooth welcome.
• Any late arrival must be communicated in advance to your contact person. 

Departure times
Departures usually take place at 10 a.m., except on Sundays when you can enjoy your holiday home until 8 p.m.!
Unless otherwise stated, the departure time mentioned in the holiday documents and in your Customer Space must be respected and confirmed, on-site, with your contact person for you to be able to return the keys to him/her on time.
