The house benefits from 4 bedrooms (2 of which with private bathroom) and 1 shared bathroom. There are thus 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for optimal comfort. Everything was thought up to guarantee optimal comfort and some furniture was custom-designed. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped. You will find everything necessary to prepare delicious meals for the whole group. You will surely share convivial moments in the dining room or on the covered terrace when the weather allows it. The sitting room is equipped with a wood stove and benefits from a warm atmosphere. The children will surely enjoy playing in the nicely decorated playroom. You will also find an annex building just a few meters away. You will discover a beautiful indoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi as well as 2 infrared saunas. This building also hosts a playroom with table football table, darts game and bar. This area opens up on a covered terrace with barbecue. This holiday rental is also equipped with a second terrace. You will also be able to enjoy a large garden with petanque field which is shared with another holiday rental.
The house is located in a peaceful environment near the village of Naomé.
The town of Paliseul (and its several shops) are just 5km away.
If you are looking for interesting activities, the Agri-Museum of Rochehaut or the Archeoscope Godefroid of Bouillon are essential stopovers during your stay.

The villa is adapted to families or groups of friends with children. It is located in a property hosting another holiday home. Each house benefits from a private garden. Only the petanque field and a section of the second garden are shared.
Remark : The water of the jacuzzi gets changed on a daily base. Therefore, the jacuzzi is not accessible after 5 PM on the evening prior to your departure if the house is rented the very next day.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
The house is only reserved for families.
Prima voor een gezinsvakantie, ook bij minder goed weer
Idéale pour passer un séjour avec enfants et petits enfants. La véranda climatisé est un plus indéniable avec sa belle vue sur le paysage et le levé du soleil.
Magnifique souvenirs d'un week end familial avec enfants et petits enfants. La seule suggestion est d'appliquer des gommettes sur la porte de la piscine car elle était tellement propre que nous ne l'avions pas vue et pour les petits enfants c'était le petit crash. Proximité de la route en forêt pour les promenades à vélo, tout était super. Juste la literie un peu dure mais c'est une question de goût du matelas. Propriétaire vraiment très très sympa et accueillante et à l'écoute! bravo!
Wat hebben we met een groep van 10 vrouwen genoten van dit prachtige huis met zwembad en wellness. Aan alles is gedacht en niks ontbreekt in dit prachtige en gezellige huis. Ook heel aardig ontvangen. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.
Deuxième séjour pour nous dans ce logement et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. On s'y sent comme à la maison :-)
Het vakantiehuis is ons zeer goed bevallen en we hebben een heel leuke week achter de rug. Enige minpunt die we kunnen maken gaat over de houten eetkamerstoelen, want daar zou wel een iets comfortabeler zitkussen op kunnen.
Très bon séjour dans un superbe endroit.
We hebben heel erg genoten van ons weekend in dit vakantiehuis. Het is perfect onderhouden en heel netjes. Mooi ingericht en ruim. Prachtige wellness. Ideaal voor een weekend of vakantie met de familie. In de zomer moet het ook heerlijk zijn want er is een mooi aangelegde tuin met verschillende terrassen. En het heeft een mooie ligging voor eindeloos wandel plezier.
Dit was de tweede keer voor ons in dit huis en het wederom fantastisch!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est très confortable et très chaleureuse. La vue est magnifique. Quel bonheur d'admirer le lever et le coucher du soleil depuis la véranda. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées et la literie très confortable. Et bien sûr l'espace bien-être est un vrai bonheur! Seul mini bémol : la marche de la piscine est assez haute, ce qui a posé problème aux personnes plus âgées qui nous accompagnaient. Bref nous recommandons ce gîte à 100%
Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Reuze om met kinderen er te vertoeven. Mooie ligging. Alles aanwezig. Kussens mochten wel dikker zijn en misschien droogrekje vernieuwen. Maar verder een hele leuke week gehad.
Alles dik in orde, volgens verwachtingen!
Een uitstekende locatie voor een weekendje weg met de familie, zelfs voor een grotere groep. We werden redelijk goed ontvangen, maar bij het afgeven van de sleutel en het controleren van het huis wou de eigenaar helemaal niet praten met ons al was alles volledig inorde. Dit was wel spijtig omdat je verwacht van een huiseigenaar, dat deze zijn gasten goed ontvangt en de sleutels ook op dezelfde manier terug in handen neemt.

Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen in Bievre. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sinnvoll angeordnet. Der Schwimmbereich (in einem separatem Poolhaus) ist sehr hochwertig und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke und alles gute aus dem Ruhrgebiet!
