Welcome to this luxury villa for 14 people in the picturesque Poupehan, high above the valley of the Semois. This brand new villa, completed in July 2025, was specially designed to provide you and your family with an unforgettable holiday.
The 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms are all located on the first floor, complete with luxurious bedding and towels just like in a hotel. Five of these bedrooms are spacious suites each with their own balcony é and a private bathroom. The sixth bedroom is ideal for children, with 4 bunk beds and a large bathroom with a bath, so even the little ones feel completely at home. There is also a baby cot, a high chair and even a baby bath available.
The villa is completely surrounded by glass, giving you a breathtaking view of the forests and the valley from every angle. Admire the sunrise from your bed and enjoy the sunset in the evening? Here it is possible.
The living areas are located on the ground floor and consist of a spacious kitchen, a cozy dining room and a comfortable sitting area with TV. To relax together, you will find inside among other things a table football and billiard table and plenty of board games. Outside you will find a petanque court and various outdoor play equipment for the children, so everyone can have fun.
One of the absolute highlights is the indoor swimming pool with large glass panels all around, directly connected to a panoramic terrace. Here you can swim wonderfully with a view of the valley and the forests. After swimming you can relax in the sauna and comfortably enjoy the outdoor furniture on the covered terrace on the west side of the villa. The property also has an Ofyr barbecue, perfect for cozy evenings with the whole group.
The location of this property is truly unique: at the end of a dead-end road, surrounded by trees and pines, with nature as the only neighbor. From the front door start various walking routes, including the famous walk to the viewpoint of Frahan and the challenging stair walk of Rochehaut. Do you prefer to explore the area by bike? No problem: a secure bike storage and a bike cleaning kit are available.
For nature lovers, the National Park of the Semois Valley is an absolute recommendation. Here you can walk, cycle and enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna of the southern Ardennes. The walks often start right at the door of the villa, so you can enter nature without detours.
The villa is also located close to the charming town of Bouillon, where you can visit the impressive Castle of Bouillon. This medieval castle takes you back in time and is a must-see for the whole family. For a relaxing day out you can also soak up the cozy atmosphere of the center of Bouillon where you will find plenty of nice shops, restaurants and cultural activities.
Another special place nearby is the Giant's Tomb in Bouillon, a mysterious and impressive attraction that will fascinate young and old alike.
