This rental group accommodation between Durbuy and Ciney is perfect for family holidays. Its elegant furnishing and pleasant garden will delight those looking to relax and the rentable meeting room with internet connection will easily accommodate seminars.
This 3.5-star, high-capacity self-catering holiday accommodation is located in a typical hamlet of the Condroz region of Belgium. This holiday house was renovated in 2010 by local architects who added a touch of modernity to the small farmhouse conversion whilst striving to maintain and emulate its authentic style.
This group accommodation is composed of two connected parts. The biggest part of the holiday house comprises four bedrooms and a private bathroom, a full kitchen and a living area. In total, you will have access to six bedrooms and seven bathrooms all equipped with hair-dryers. One of the bathrooms also contains a Jacuzzi! In the living room, an open fire will guarantee a warm atmosphere all evening long. The landlords did not forget the children and have put a child’s bed, a diaper changing mat, a small bathtub and two children’s chairs at your disposal. Amenities of the holiday house include an internet connection, cable, two washing machines, two clothes-dryers and an iron.
In this self-catering holiday accommodation, you will also find two kitchens, one of them semiprofessional, equipped with: gas stove, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, cold room, freezer, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, soup mixer and squeezer.
Weather permitting you can take full advantage of the two terraces and the garden where a barbecue is at your disposal.
Adjoining the holiday house itself are the meeting rooms, but those are never rented by another group at the same time as the holiday house. All the rooms can be rented for meetings or family dinners. The meeting room is equipped with modern audiovisual equipment.
Your rental group accommodation is located between Durbuy and Ciney, not far from some charming little hamlets. For example, every year Méan offers a promenade, with cheese and other local products as a theme. Havelange too is a beautiful little village in the Province of Namur, north of the Belgian Ardennes. We can also mention Somme-Leuze, nestled in the “Valley of Tastes”, known for its delicious regional products and its renowned restaurants.
Gourmets are not the only ones who will find their niche though, as nature and culture lovers will find much to enjoy too.
The Heure Farmer’s golf of La Ferme de la Bourgade offers a 10-hole course and ensures young and old alike have a great time. In Achet, don’t hesitate to rent a Scoott, a kick scooter initially designed to hurtle down ski slopes that has been given an engine. How about a little stroll in the woods without any noise around you? If mountain biking is more your thing, Expnature will put quality gear at your disposal for guided promenades or offer a tour in a four-by-four through the woods and the countryside. Furthermore, a regional products tasting is possible. For more thrilling experiences (mountain climbing, speleology, adventure courses, rappel, etc.) head to La Petite Merveille. Also, Marche-en-Famenne is home to a 700 meters long outdoor karting track.
If you are looking for some peace and quiet, try a trip in a horse-drawn carriage through the Belgian Ardennes or the must-see tourist train on the old Ciney-Spontin-Yvoir line 128 to discover the valley of the Bocq in an original way. Do not miss out on the biggest Topiary Park of the world in Durbuy, also known as “the smallest town in the world”. To learn everything there is to know about the aquatic wildlife of the Belgian Ardennes, visit Riveo! The Modave Castle, built during the 17th century, is also a very popular tourist destination in the Belgian Ardennes thanks to its stunning tapestries, haut reliefs, etc.
Your group accommodation is located about one kilometre from a river and a wood. If you are looking for a Ravel to cycle on, try heading towards Havelange. In Ciney, you will find myriad shops and restaurants.

Het vakantiehuis was ruim genoeg voor onze groep van 12. Veen parkeerplaats, ruime kamers, degelijke badkamers en de keuken ook zeker in orde. Men kan ook vanaf het vakantiehuis starten met wandelen.
Zeer ruime woning, ideaal voor groepen met zowel grote als kleine kinderen.
Mooi groot vakantiehuis, we waren er met 17 personen, voor ieder wat wils om te doen en voldoende slaap plekken. Vriendelijk ontvangst en duidelijke uitleg
We verbleven met onze vrienden en onze tieners in dit prachtige vakantiehuis. Het huis is ruim en van alle comfort voorzien. De snooker en kicker waren absoluut een meerwaarde voor de jongeren. Je kan wandelingen beginnen direct aan het vakantiehuis, ideaal gelegen dus, in een prachtige streek.

Net woning allen achterste gedeelte maar i Badkamer op de eerste die gedeeld moest worden met 7 personen.
