This insurance covers all the members of your group!

The Ardennes-étape cancellation insurance covers the cancellation fees for a stay or reimburses you if your stay is cut short due to a death, serious illness...

The premium is 7.5% of the rental price for your stay.

The Ardennes-étape insurance policy, developed in collaboration with the Europ Assistance and Link-Gennen & Schmatz S.A (Company N° BE0759.666.782), is unique! This policy does not only cover the person making the reservation, but also all the members of the family or of the group staying with him.

In practical terms:
You book a holiday home with Ardennes-étape for yourself and a group of friends. One of these friends is faced with the decease of a close relative and you find yourself obliged to cancel the trip. You give us a phone call to explain the situation and you will be reimbursed!

Do not forget to send us the contact details (Privacy Policy) of the different heads of family making up your group, and this within 7 days after you've received the confirmation of your reservation.

This way, you extend the cover of the cancellation insurance to all the members accompanying you.
