Located very close to Gedinne, this exceptional property is a little corner of paradise in the heart of the Ardennes. Its top-of-the-range amenities and its rustic atmosphere offer you an unforgettable stay.
As soon as you discover this beautiful area that breathes authenticity, you will immediately fall in love with this place. This house of character, built in local stone, is nestled in a sumptuous setting, where you will enjoy a very large 15,000 m² private garden. There is even a pond where it is possible to fish. The accommodation consists of two separate buildings. The second building features two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a wellness area with jacuzzi and sauna. The holiday rental can accommodate up to eighteen people in total in an intimate atmosphere while keeping the possibility of gathering everyone in the main living area, which offers a living room and dining room. There are nine bedrooms and five bathrooms. Younger guests will enjoy the indoor play area and the garden, which includes a swing and a slide. Without a doubt, the rest of the family will also enjoy spending time outside in summer, during a barbecue or a game of petanque.
In addition to enjoying an exceptional holiday home, you will have the pleasure of discovering a beautiful region full of wonders. In the Ardennes, outdoor activities are a real institution and there are many leisure centres awaiting you in the area; such as, for example, RHM BuitenSport, Récréalle or Kayaks La Vanne. This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Fantastisch verblijf met een heerlijke huiselijke sfeer in een prachtige omgeving die genoeg te bieden heeft. Ook het terrein zelf is prachtig en goed onderhouden.
We hebben een heerlijk weekend doorgebracht op het domein de ontvangst was supper! We hebben echt genoten van het huis en de omgeving, mooie wandeling op het domein en super tof met de hertjes en de walabies die er vrij rondlopen. De Wellness was heerlijk en onze groep heeft hier ook van genoten. Alles was gewoon perfect in het huis, ook de buiten BBQ was een aangename troef, we hebben de zondag middag hierop nog een late lunch bereid. We gaan zeker nog een keer terugkomen.
Wij hebben een super leuke vakantie achter de rug in Massinet. Vanaf de aankomst op de lange oprijlaan begint de vakantie. We waren meteen onder de indruk van de wallabies die vrij rondspringen op het domein! We gingen vaak wandelen op het grote domein om hertjes te spotten. De woning zelf is ruim en mooi ingericht. De welnessruimte is zeer netjes, grote sauna. De kinderen hebben ook gezwommen in de vijver. Je kan buiten, petanquen, ping pong.... Zeer aangenaam verblijf
Het huis was prima in orde, alleen was 1 normaal formaat vaatwasser veel te weinig voor 18 personen! Zeer onvriendelijke eigenaren die ons dagelijks in de gaten hielden door middel van camera’s en door langs het terras te lopen zogenaamd om de hond uit te laten, ook kwamen zij ongevraagd het huis in als wij er niet waren ! Dat zorgde voor een onwelkom en onveilig gevoel. Dat het huis van de eigenaren pal naast de huurwoning staat stond niet in de omschrijving helaas ! Nooit meer voor ons !!
We hebben een fantastisch familieweekend in dit prachtig domein mogen beleven !

Prima verblijf, in een mooie omgeving.
We wouden met een groep vrienden ons een weekendje amuseren en eens goed ontspannen in de Ardennen. Dit is zeker en vast gelukt! Zeer mooi en aangenaam verblijf gehad. De omgeving heeft ons helemaal verkocht! Hier zouden we zeker en vast opnieuw boeken. Ook de eigenaars zijn heel aangename personen!
Superbe séjour dans un cadre de rêve. Maison très grande, propre, fonctionnelle. Je recommande vivement!
Prachtig gelegen in een exclusief domein, zeer verzorgd en vriendelijke ontvangst. Een absolute aanrader.
Prachtig domein en vakantiehuis. Ook heel fijn om van welness te kunnen genieten. Enige minpuntje was dat er bij het onthaal teveel de nadruk werd gelegd op de plaatsbeschrijving en 'potje breken = potje betalen'. Dan voel je je iets minder welkom als grote groep. Maar in het algemeen zeker een aanrader.
Waarschijnlijk gaan we nog terug , alhoewel we gewoonlijk liever een andere locatie kiezen.
Het verblijf is naar wens maar je moet op je tellen passen, je betaald een hoge borg en het kleinste wat er gebroken wordt of gebeurd houden ze dubbel en dik van je borg en je krijgt geen bewijs te zien! Dus wees op je houde!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Massinet , le personnel est accueillant & à l’écoute ; le domaine est juste magnifique , on peut y apercevoir des wallabys, biches , écureuil ,.. On sait profiter du calme après un bon sauna / jacuzzi & il y a pas mal à proximité ( container , gare , supermarché ,.. )
