Behind this red brick facade hides a house that offers large living spaces to accommodate up to 15 people. Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by the beautiful play area, which spreads over two floors: on the ground floor, you will find a billiards table and table football; and in the mezzanine, there is a beautiful space dedicated to children secured by a barrier. On the ground floor, you will also find the indoor pool and the infrared cabin, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a dining table and a large living room with a fireplace. Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom with its own private bathroom.
Upstairs, there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms for maximum comfort.
So the house features large spaces spread over 450 m² with a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
A fully fenced garden will please you when there is good weather to enjoy meals in the south facing terrace. There is also a pond in the garden, which is also fenced.
The villa is located in the Gesves region, 7 km away from Andenne, 15 km away from Namur and close to numerous activities such as: Goyet Caves, Gardens of Annevoie, the Castle of Modave, and many more.
Not far from your holiday rental, if you are a horse lover, there is also a riding hall.
It's time to take a break and recharge your batteries. With its swimming pool, sauna, football table, billiards, and fireplace; you will find everything you need here. Do not hesitate to book this magnificent villa.

Superbe. Bien situé, bien entretenu. Propriétaire très sympathique et aux petits soins. Parfait.
Het was een super verblijf en leuke tijd beleeft, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, top zwembad, infrarood cabine, pooltafel,... Hele leuke omgeving om te wandelen. De gastheer ontvangt je hartelijk en wie wat uitleg over de buurt wilt, is een beetje uitleg geen moeite. Top ??

zeer ruime woning met ruime kamers
Accueil parfait! Très chouette maison. Rien ne manque.
Très belle maison, spacieuse et avec beaucoup d'activités possibles autant en intérieur qu'en extérieur. Décor un peu vieillot mais ça apporte un certain charme. Proximité des bois. Attention cependant aux périodes de chasses. Nous avons du changer le parcours de nos randonnées.
Goed ontvangst, alles zeer netjes.
Wij waren met kinderen en kleinkinderen, het vakantiehuis voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen, In en om het huis is genoeg te doen.
Prima vakantiehuis, heel veel ruimte, veel mogelijkheden voor groot en klein, mooie grote tuin. Het binnenzwembad is zeker een meerwaarde. Goed gelegen, veel mogelijkheden voor uitstappen op nog geen half uurtje rijden. Je kunt mooie wandelingen maken, vertrekkende van het vakantiehuis. Zeker een aanrader.
De grands espaces pour les petits et les grands, la piscine est super. De belles promenades dans les environs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
We hadden een fijn familie weekend . De faciliteiten in het huis hebben de regendag voortreffelijk opgevuld. Een aanrader voor een weekendje met de familie .
Het is een mooi huis en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Toen wij aankwamen was de tafel gedekt voor het aantal volwassenen en kinderen. Dan voel je je direct thuis. Het huis was mega schoon. Het zwembadwater was veel te koud. Als er een binnenzwembad is, dan ga je ervan uit dat je dit ook in de winter kunt gebruiken. We hebben kort gezwommen, maar voor de kinderen was het te koud. Dit was jammer, want we hadden specifiek gezocht naar een huis met binnenzwembad,
La maison a bien répondu à nos attentes pour notre weekend familial. Il y a de l'espace, la piscine est extra, les équipements très complets, l'accueil très agréable
We waren met 8 volwassenen en 7 kinderen. Heel ruim, mooi huis en prima binnenzwembad. Veel bergplaats, mooi terras, fantastische pool-biljart. Alles was er. Uitgebreide toeristische info. Zeker een aanrader. Heel mooie omgeving.
Vakantiehuis waar alles voorhanden is, met veel ruimte zowel binnenhuis als buitenhuis. Goede matrassen, zalig zwembad. Hier gaan we zeker terug.
Séjour très agréable en famille. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires. Informations sur les environs données spontanément. Piscine un peu froide (mon thermomètre indiquait 26,5°) et sauna parfois capricieux. I
Beetje verouderd en sommige dingen aan wasbeurt toe (gordijnen , bedspreien met vlekken) Meubels hebben hune beste tijd gehad . Voor buiten 1 ligstoel voor 15 personen. Zeer vriendelijke mensen die denken dat ze een paleisje verhuren . Maar sommige dingen mogen een beetje reparatie krijgen of een likje verf . Huurprijs is niet min hebben al betere huizen voor die prijs gehad. reductie bonnen van jullie activity pass in namen niet geldig nergens .
Sympathieke gastheer, heel aangenaam verblijf met uitstekend zwembad en stoomcabine. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Leuke pool, kicker... Perfect voor onze groep!
