Your vacation home is magnificently isolated, along a quiet street, while being easily accessible thanks to its location just 1 km from the highway exit. This magnificent villa dating back to 1970 has been judiciously renovated in 2022. It will be love at first sight even before you enter! You have 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and television. Two of them are on the ground floor, which is very convenient for people with reduced mobility. In addition to a perfectly equipped kitchen and a very spacious dining room, you will find a very pleasant living room and a real bar with a welcoming counter, a billiard table, a dart game, and a television on the ground floor! And children will love their playroom located in the mezzanine above the bar. In the basement, there is even a wine cellar. Outside, you can relax and cook on the beautiful brasero-plancha on the large terrace. While children have fun in the huge garden with a play tower, slide, swings, and climbing wall. Both young and old can even challenge each other in a game of pétanque. And of course, you can deliciously relax in the outdoor jacuzzi or sauna.
The majestic nature of the Hautes Fagnes invites you to long hikes and beautiful bike rides. Especially as an Ardennes-étape customer, you benefit from free premium access to the SityTrail hiking and cycling app, offering 2,500 ready-to-explore routes! At Lake Warfaaz, you can go fishing, pedal boating, hiking, cycling, or simply enjoy the beauty of the scenery. And perhaps there will be a race on the Francorchamps circuit? In any case, you can always visit the circuit museum at the Stavelot Abbey, where other interesting museums will also pique your interest. Spa, a city of water and culture, and the lively Malmedy with its imposing cathedral are just 8 km from your vacation home.

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Zeer goed ontvangst. Zeer ruime woning voorzien van alle modern comfort. Uitstekend voor een familie weekend.
Het was een heel mooi huis! Alleen 2 slaapkamers hebben alleen een bad en geen douche. Je moet in bad zitten. Er zit ook geen douche scherm dus alles kan nat worden. De jacuzzi was bij aankomt heel vies. Maar na contact met de eigenaar te hebben gehad is de jacuzzi helemaal schoongemaakt.
Prima vakantiehuis, aanrader. Pooltafel aanwezig veel gebruik van gemaakt, de keus niet best. Er is wat achterstallig onderhoud, kraan kamer begane grond los , eerste etage kraan uit de muur, behang kamer begane grond hangt los, stopcontact terras hangt uit de muur. Kleine zaken en makkelijk te verhelpen
Mooi gerenoveerd vakantiehuis waar echter het onderhoud een stuk beter kan. Afvoerleidingen in douches en WCs functioneren slecht en met het nodige lawaai. Slechts 1 biljartkeu waar nog vilt op zit. Geen enkele dartspijl nog compleet. Her en der wat stof en spinnewebben. Wel een heel gezellig huis met een smaakvolle inrichting en zeer complete keuken met ruim voldoende keukengerief. Echter niet voldoende zetels in de woonkamer voor 12 personen.
We hebben een super leuk weekend gehad met onze vrienden het is een heel leuk huis .leuke dorpen er om heen zeker een aanrader!!
We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in dit mooie huis. Enige minpunt was dat er geen airco is, vooral de slaapkamers in de nok zijn erg warm bij een zonnige dag

Een zeer mooi en groot modern vakantiehuis. Een aanrader voor groepen van 10-14. Zeer mooi en onderhouden huis, toffe leefruimtes, mooie en ruime slaapkamers. De jacuzzi en de pooltafel zijn een meerwaarde, en ook de mooie grote tuin.
Luxe huis in mooie omgeving, voorzien van alle gemakken. Ruime woonkamer en keuken, mooie slaapkamers met eigen sanitair. Grote bar met biljart. Ideaal huis voor een grote groep. Schoonmaak keuken kon beter. Afvalcontainer buiten was overvol en een goede stofzuiger ontbrak. Met iets meer aandacht voor de schoonmaak, is het helemaal perfect!
Zaken die nog zouden aangevuld mogen worden in het huis: 2de friteuse, vuilzakken voor grote en kleine vuilbakken, mandjes voor brood of iets dergelijks om op tafel te zetten, thermos, scherpere messen, klein laddertje om in bovenste kasten te kunnen. In de kamer van 4 waren de bedden boven niet zo goed. Het dartsspel marcheerde niet en enkele pijltjes waren beschadigd. Wat meer opbergmogelijkheden in de kamers voor de kleding e.d. (zeker bij een lang verblijf). Partners v. activity pass melden
Bon séjour mais quelques petits points à améliorer: mise en route du Jacuzzi fût difficile, casseroles pas propres, chauffage des chambres difficiles, manque de places assises dans le salon, manque de penderie en général, évacuation de 2 douches difficiles. Mais sinon dans l'ensemble notre séjour fût agréable.
We hebben van een zeer leuk weekend genoten in een prachtige locatie! Ik kan deze locatie enkel aanbevelen!
Super mooi en proper huis met zeer ruime slaapkamers en keuken/eetkamer. Zowel het huis als de keuken is net vernieuwd met veel toestellen (gourmet, fondu, pizza oven, koffie, friteuze, enz). Elke slaapkamer heeft n ruime badkamer en tv. En de bedden zijn comfortabel. Aanrader dus !!
Maison super bien équipée, en excellent état, de "luxe". Chouette séjour de détente pour 3 familles. Environs magnifiques en plein automne. On compte y retourner!

Fantastisch huis en de omgeving is heel rustig en mooi. Minpuntjes waren de jacuzzi, deze was niet echt schoon toen we aankwamen, geen horens aanwezig, en zaten hoop vliegjes binnen. BBQ is niet geschikt voor 12 personen en onveilig. Advies koop iets voor in de oven omdat er niet genoeg koekenpannen zijn.
