Located in the province of Liège in the Ardennes, there are many attractions in this region. Near the holiday cottage, there are many possibilities for cycling and walking. The woods are only 500 metres from the house. Culture lovers will enjoy a visit to the Reinhardstein Castle and the Baugnez 44 Historical Center. We also recommend a visit to the Brasserie de Bellevaux. In winter, this is an ideal location to hit the ski slopes. Malmedy is one of the prettiest little villages in the Ardennes. And you should also visit Ligneuville and Stavelot with its abbey and museums. If you are looking for thrilling fun, try Karting de Francorchamps and Sniper Zone Paintball. Plus, the Robertville Lake is only about 15 kilometres away.

The owner has three holiday houses, one next to the other. Each house has its own terrace, but they are not separate from each other. Meanwhile, the garden is shared between all the houses.

Charmante maison avec très belle vue et belle situation. L’accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux. Il y a de très belles balades et activités à faire dans les environs.
La situation de la maison, le cadre, la proximité des lieux de balades et loisirs, nous ont permis de passer un très agréable week-end de découvertes et de détente. Très Bon rapport qualité prix.
Gîte propre et confortable bien situé. Accueil par le propriétaire au top. Nous avons passé un très bon long week-end dans cet endroit.[

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis. De woning is goed gelegen, heeft een mooie tuin met diverse speeltoestellen voor de kinderen. Aangenaam contact gehad met de eigenaar die ons verwelkomde en voor een slee zorgde. Goede bedden. Kortom alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig om er een topweekendje van te maken :-)
Nous adorons la région. Cette maison de vacances était parfaite pour nous. Confortable, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour y passer un bon moment. Le jardin est un vrai plus. Il donne à l’arrière de la maison et est visible par de grande portes fenêtres. On y retournera !
Gezellige vakantiewoning. Ideaal voor een korte gezinsvakantie. Goed gelegen voor uitstappen naar de Hoge Venen, kasteel Reinhardstein, etc.

Leuk proper huisje.
Fijn huis, aardige behulpzame verhuurder, goede bedden. Helaas geen vriesvak in de koelkast, geen hor voor het slaapkamerraam. Mooie omgeving.

Wat kleine aanpassingen zou wel goed zijn, zoals een closetrolhouder op het toilet zodat je de rol niet op de grond hoeft te zetten en het enge afstapje vanaf de woonkamer naar de tuin. Ik als oudere had daar last van. De vloer van de badkamer en douchecabine vond ik erg glad. Verder geen problemen. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen.

Situé très au calme. Bien qu'en retrait de la ville, tout est accessible facilement en voiture très rapidement. Les propriétaires sont TRÈS agréables et à l'écoute de la moindre demande. La literie est très confortable. Petit plus, le chauffage par le sol dans la salle de bain (très efficace ?) À recommander les yeux fermés, c'est sûr.

Net en comfortabel vakantiehuis, rustig gelegen in een prachtige streek. Supervriendelijke verhuurder die graag zijn tips om de omgeving te verkennen met je deelt.
Slaapkamers. Aantal bedden klopt. Maarveen slaapkamer staan de bedden haaks opelkaar. Zeer kleine slaapkamer. Daardoor is het niet mogelijk om met 2 volwassen naast elkaar te slapen. In de grote slaapkamer wel een w persoonsbed. Met een los één persoonsbed. Dus niet geschikt voor meetder volwassen in relatie

Een heel toffe vakantiewoning, heel mooi gelegen en toch in de nabijheid van een mooi stadje Malmedy. Het enig minpunt is het beperkt bestek. En wij misten een zonneparaplu. Voor de rest top.
Heel tevreden over het huisje maar ook over het vriendelijke ontvangst en de omgeving. Hopen nog een keertje terug te mogen gaan.
Situation calme et idéale pour de belle balades et visites, petit jardin partagé avec les 2 autre gites aménagés dans la même maison. Dommage pour le wifi très faible. Acceuil agréable.
Très belle expérience, la région, l'accueil, le gîte, à refaire sans hésiter. Malgré la météo qui n'était pas de la partie, la région regorge de balades et Malmedy est une très belle ville pleine d'activités également.
