This superb holiday home is set in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, very close to Malmedy. Designed to offer guests a relaxing and comfortable stay, it features a large wellness area, equipped with sauna, hammam, fitness bikes, and deck chairs. The large living room will charm you with its neat decoration and exceptional furniture. You can enjoy some beautiful evenings here, either sitting by the fireplace or enjoying a billiards match; while your children have fun in the games room, equipped with table football and ping-pong table. On the ground level, you will also find a beautiful fully equipped kitchen on one side, and on the other, a veranda where you can enjoy pleasant family meals. Upstairs, there are four beautifully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside, there are also some nice amenities: a slide, swing, trampoline, and petanque terrain for some, and a terrace with deckchairs and barbecue, for others.
Your holiday rental is located just 2 km away from the centre of Malmedy, which is one of the key cities in the area. Its streets, cafes and restaurants will delight you, especially since the city holds events throughout the year, so that visitors can discover the local folklore. There are also several museums, especially in the old monastery of the city, where workshops and temporary exhibitions will teach you more about the history of the region. If you want to have a fun and entertaining night, you'll also be close to Bowling 362 and MovieMills. Un séjour extraordinaire dans une villa qui ne l'est pas moins. Il ne manque rien à ce petit paradis. L'accueil de Nicolas et Valérie très sympathique, des espaces de très grande taille, une attention aux détails incroyables, des jeux pour toute la famille (billard, baby-foot, fléchettes, jeux de société...), un espace spa/sport/piscine extraordinaire et sans aucune mauvaise surprise sur les charges en fin de séjour. Vraiment c'était un séjour magique!
Ideaal verblijf voor 2 gezinnen met 4a5 kinderen ! Zoveel te doen zodat je op 1 weekend niet alles kan doen ! Fijn en warm zwembad

Het vakantiehuis is ok, het interieur is alleen erg oudbollig maar het verblijf was top.
Ruime vakantiewoning met heel veel faciliteiten geschikt voor verblijf van twee gezinnen .

De gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en gaf uitgebreide uitleg en is erg hulpvaardig.In het huis is alles aanwezig . Enkel de keukenmessen zouden eens mogen vervangen worden. Verder is alles meer dan top!

Heerlijk ruim huis met geweldige wellness
Villa gelegen in een rustige omgeving buiten de stad Malmédy. We huurden het met gans het gezin om onze 46ste huwelijksverjaardag te vieren. Geweldige ontvangst en dito rondleiding door Mr. Hausmann. We hebben van ons verblijf super genoten, het was te kort want de tijd ging veel te snel voorbij. Prachtige wellnessruimte. Aan alles is gedacht, overal hangen gebruiksaanwijzingen.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte de très haute qualité. L'ensemble des installations et aménagements favorise le bien-être et la détente.

prachtige villa met geweldige wellnes, ruime slaapkamers, geweldig uitgeruste keuken, veel spellen en speelgoed voor kinderen van alle leeftijden, geweldige tuin met speeltoestellen/trampoline/speelhuis.
Dit vakantiehuis heeft alles erop en eraan! Super proper, alles was voorzien, veel entertainment, zeker ook een woning om in de winter terug te komen. Er was veel keukenmateriaal, verschillende toestellen, kortom al één van de best voorziene vakantiewoningen ooit meegemaakt. Als ik dan toch een minpunt kan zeggen dan is het de verhouding prijs/kwaliteit. Er is voor een midweek nog redelijk veel aan verbruik aangerekend, maar dat komt dan ook wel omdat de welness veel stroom verbruikt.
Réponse du propriétaire: Merci pour votre avis, je suis heureux que vous ayez passé un beau séjour. Concernant les charges, celles-ci sont payées après le séjour selon votre consommation alors que le loyer est payé à l'avance. Après vérification, votre consommation me semble tout à fait raisonable pour un groupe de 12 personnes compte tenu de l'utilisation de la piscine chauffée et des autres équipements tels que le bain à débordement, le hammam, le sauna ou encore la borne de rechargement pour véhicules électriques. Sachez également que nous avons fortement investis dans l’isolation et la récupération d’énergie avec l'installation d'une pompe à chaleur, un système de ventilation double flux ou encore une citerne d’eau de pluie pour alimenter les WC, et ce afin de réduire au maximum les coûts énergétiques.
Het kon niet beter zijn
Très grande maison confortable,piscine intérieure Très appréciée par les enfants, wellness complet très apprécié par les parents. Nombreuses promenades et 2 totems faits avec les enfants. Ça motive dans les montées. Ville de Malmedy très accueillante et nous y avons fêté les 15 ans de mariage de notre fille avec un gâteau de la boulangerie Dijan ouverte dès 5h45 ! Et cela tous les jours. Les 3 chiens se sont très bien plus aussi.
Een top huis! Voor ieder wat wils. Waren er met familie. Hebben genoten van zwembad en wellness.
