Located on the heights of Malmedy, province of Liège, this ancient farmhouse was entirely renovated in order to accommodate 20 persons in lovely and functional living areas. This vacation home is composed of two adjoining buildings, each perfectly equipped.
This first building may host up to 8 persons and the rooms are spread over 2 floors. This first building is equipped with 4 double bedrooms (2 bedrooms per floor), each with private bathroom. You will also benefit from a sitting room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a fitness area with elliptical cross trainer and exercise bench.
The second building may accommodate 12 persons. It is equipped with 4 double bedrooms on the first floor and a second bedroom for 4 persons on the second floor. It is also equipped with its private bathroom. You will also find a sitting room (with wood stove), a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a relaxation room. A sauna and a couple of deckchairs will also allow you to peacefully relax.
The whole holiday cottage is then equipped with 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
Beside these two buildings, you will find a shared playroom with pool table, table football table and table tennis table! This playroom will also allow the group to cook together and share convivial meals!
You will easily pass from one building to another by the outside. These 3 areas will allow the whole group to get together while enjoying much privacy! It is the perfect holiday home for a stay in Belgium among family, friends or colleagues.
The large garden and the play area for the children are major assets of this luxury holiday house for 20 persons.
It is also ideally located to discover the region. It is to be found in a small village near Malmedy and Francorchamps, which is the perfect location for tourism and culture enthusiasts. You will be close to the Abbey of Stavelot, the Cathedral of Malmedy or the Baugnez 44 Historical Center about the Battle of the Bulge.
If you wish to discover the local nature and enjoy some fresh air, you will find several signposted hiking trails near the house. You will also be able to rent bicycles at Horizon-Bike! A great way to discover this beautiful region! If you wish to discover beautiful landscapes, the High Fens nature park is an essential stopover during your stay!
In winter, you will also discover the several cross-country skiing trails of the region. In summer, you will be able to practice some water sports at the Lake of Robertville or the Lake of Butgenbach.
The Spa-Francorchamps race circuit is just 3 km away will allow automobile enthusiasts to attend several racing events.
You will literally be spoilt for choice in terms of leisure activities!

Zeer goed uitstekend onderhouden vakantiehuis.
Het zijn eigenlijk 2 huizen met 2 woonkamers en keukens, Hierdoor dachten we in eerste instantie dat we niet met z'n allen bij elkaar konden zitten en eten. Maar de schuur achter de huizen was fantastisch. Eten en ontspannen met z'n allen. We hebben eigenlijk het hele verblijf daar doorgebracht, en de huizen alleen om te slapen gebruikt. Beheerders ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Een huis met veel ruimte en faciliteiten. Zeer net en heel goed uitgerust. Mooie buitenruimte. Bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaren.
Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end à Malmedy, la maison est très grande, bien entretenue et avec tout le matériel nécessaire.

Mooi schoon goede indeling en een 100% geweldige ontspanningsruimte waar alle 17 personen van groot tot klein gebruik van hebben gemaakt
Geweldige locatie en accommodatie.Alles aanwezig voor een vakantie of lang weekend met meerdere personen. Mooie en luxe kamers met heerlijke bedden en badkamers.krukens zeer compleet en een fijne plek tussen de huizen in om te bbq’en.De recreatieruimte was perfect om gezellig samen van alles te doen.wij komen hier zeker terug.

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad met jonge kinderen, tieners en volwassenen. Genoeg entertainment voor iedereen (heerlijke tuin en prachtige binnenruimte). Veel slaapkamers met goede bedden en ieder een eigen badkamer. Fijne binnen- en buitenbarbecue en de inventaris is ook uitstekend! Enige minpunt is de kleine gemeenschappelijke keuken, maar er zijn er nog 2 in de huisjes. Uitstekende ligging met wandelingen vanaf het huis en andere activiteiten (oa. mtb, raften, klimmen) op 15min rijden. Aanrader!
Wij bezochten het huis met vier gezinnen. Huis bestaat uit twee woningen tegen elkaar aan en een apart gebouw waar alle animatie was. Daar kon je ook ontbijten en dineren met de hele groep. Enige kleine minpunt is dat de keuken in het bijgebouw iets aan de kleine kant is, terwijl dat toch de keuken is die je het meeste gebruikt. Voor de rest een super verblijf.

Top verblijf in dit vakantiehuis met vrienden, zeer goed onderhouden met fijne groepsruimte. Ook de buitenruimte was mooi, in een rustige omgeving boven op de berg
Wij ge.oten van een fantastisch weekend in dit geweldige huis waar werkelijk alles voorzien is om een di erse groep van oud tot jong een aangenaam verblijf te gunnen. Alles was nog beter dan we het ons hadden voorgesteld. Ook supervriendelijk onthaal met lekkere streekbiertjes.
We waren met z'n 20 en hadden beide woningen geboekt. Er is een aparte hal met daarin de speltoestellen een grote eettafel en aparte keuken. (deze is wat gedateerd en misschien een beetje te beperkt voor een groep van 20personen). Beide huisjes zijn mooi, en heel proper en heel comfortabel. Voor onze groep (met enkele gezinnen met kleine kinderen en het nodige lawaai) was deze combinatie een absolute aanrader
Super verblijf gehad in Malmedy. Wij hadden ook nog het geluk dat net het weekend dat wij er waren er 40cm sneeuw was gevallen wat voor een fantastisch weekend zorgde. De eigenaar brachten zelfs 4 sleeën voor onze kinderen zonder dat we dit hadden gevraagt. Top locatie om te verblijven met kinden en niet zo kleine kinderen
Voor het derde jaar op rij zijn we met onze familie een weekend in dit huis geweest. Het blijft een aanrader ongeacht het weertype. Bij zon kun je heerlijk buiten zitten en bij koude of regen bied het binnenverblijf genoeg amusement voor jong en oud.
Zeer verzorgde woning/tuin, alle comfort is aanwezig en de spellenzaal is een heel groot pluspunt voor de kindere
Uitstekend huis voor een groep vrienden. Mooie omgeving. Zeer mooie tuin. Veel spellen te doen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst.
