This 4.5 star new building for 12 persons is perfect to spend a comfortable and relaxing stay close to nature. It is spread over 3 floors and benefits from both modern and warm decoration. The ground floor hosts a playroom (equipped with a pool table), a relaxation area with Jacuzzi, an infrared sauna as well as a double bedroom (two single beds) with TV and bathroom. The first floor benefits from a large living area with sitting room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. It is also equipped with large bay windows offering a beautiful view over the river winding its way through the countryside. On the second floor, you will find 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with a private bathroom, and one extra bathroom. The whole holiday rental has thus 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for optimal comfort. It is a new building built on a 600 m² garden. You will also find a 28m² furnished terrace, a petanque field and a parking-lot with 8 spaces.
This vacation home will allow you to discover the region in the best conditions. You will be able to enjoy several hiking or cycling routes starting in Paliseul, discover birds of prey at the Jardin des Hiboux (Owls’ Garden) in Graide, or visit the well-known and impressive Euro Space Center in Transinnes, a museum with playful activities about the universe.

The house is equipped with a porch roof, which will allow you to enjoy the exterior all year long.
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Prachtig en goed onderhouden vakantiehuis met alle gewenste voorzieningen. Uitermate geschikt voor een grote familie of (vrienden)groep. Uitstekende kamers en badkamers en een ruim ingerichte keuken.
Het was perfect, het meest mooiste huis ooit!
Alweer een top ervaring, Reeds de 2de keer een (lang)weekend doorgebracht. Prachtige woning met alles er op en eraan. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Fantastische villa, zelfs mooier dan op de foto’s! Alles klopte: hartelijk ontvangst in het Engels, topfaciliteiten en super schoon. Met 4 pubers een geweldige week gehad. Probleem in de wellness werd direct opgelost, perfecte service. Wij komen zeker terug!

Topligging ... luxueus ... een aanrader !
We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in vakantiehuis Le TAÏAUT in Our. Het huis was prachtig, straalde pure gezelligheid uit en bood ons alles wat we nodig hadden. De ligging was schitterend, direct naast de rivier en het bos – een perfecte plek om helemaal tot rust te komen. Een echte aanrader!
Concept, ligging, aangrenzende natuur, inrichting en afwerking interieur...alles is te beschrijven met superlatieven behalve de zwakke netwerkverbinding, een probleem dat meermaals voorkomt in Ardennen.

Het huis is prachtig en voldoet aan al onze normen. Het ligt op een prachtig domein en sluit aan op tal van wandelingen in de omgeving. Toch één opmerking. We huren nu reeds 3 jaar op rij dit vakantiehuis tijdens de kerstperiode en wou dit opnieuw huren voor volgend jaar. Het blijkt niet meer beschikbaar te zijn. Ik vind het bijzonder jammer dat wij als trouwe huurder hierover niet zijn gecontacteerd.

Super mooi huis en fantastische ligging! Topverblijf
We verbleven een week met onze 4 jongvolwassen kinderen en hun vrienden in deze mooie en zeer comfortabele woning! Wat een genot om vanuit elk venster of balkon uit te kunnen kijken over een prachtige omgeving! De bos van Our ligt achter het huis en verschillende wandelingen vertrekken vanuit de tuin. De keuken is zeer comfortabel en echt van meer dan voldoende keukengerei voorzien om voor een grote groep te koken. Handig voor de boodschappen is de Delhaize van Maissine, op 10 min met de auto.

Heel fijn vakantiehuis met genoeg slaapkamers en eigen badkamers om genoeg privacy te hebben. De Jacuzziruimte is heel rustgevend en het kabbelende beekje buiten ook.
Excellent séjour dans magnifique propriété très bien située et très bien équipée. Accueil parfait! Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons!
Ontzettend mooi huis, met goede faciliteiten. Super netjes onderhouden en lekker modern. Bijna elke kamer staat een sonos, en de ligging is echt fantastisch.
