Thanks to its very neat interior decoration and a great sense for details, this accommodation offers an absolutely enchanting stay. You will be immediately charmed by the large main living area; where the living, kitchen and dining areas offer each a pleasing and well-appointed ambiance. In the living room, the beautiful furniture helps create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the equipped kitchen offers many practical and functional assets. In addition, the holiday cottage, which is ideal for 6 to 8 people, features three comfortable bedrooms and two modern and spacious bathrooms. It is also a real paradise for children, who can have fun in both a games room and a large fenced outdoor area, which features a swing and slide. Finally, you will enjoy the sunny days on the nice terrace, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
Regarding visits and attractions in the area, your children will enjoy a trip to the Bouillon Animal Park, located just 1 km away from your holiday home. The essential city in the region is Bouillon, which you can reach in less than 20 minutes, and where you will find many activities and discoveries. Starting with its magnificent castle, a precious vestige of the medieval history of the region. The historical heritage of the city is particularly rich, so you will enjoy a visit to the Archeoscope Godefroid of Bouillon, where the exciting story of the Crusades is told. For some sporting fun and to discover the natural jewels of the area, the kayaking centres of Les Épinoches and La Vanne offer beautiful kayak rides in the heart of nature.

Très bon séjour
We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje is heel gezellig ingericht en ideaal voor familieweekendjes. Zoals eerdere recensies reeds vermeldde: de matras van het bed op de benedenverdieping is écht niet geschikt om comfortabel te slapen, die is veel te hard! Voor de rest was alles top!!
Voor een ouder paar(70 jaar) is het bed in de slaapkamer beneden veel te laag bij de grond (in- en uitstappen niet makkelijk)!
Gezellig en zeer proper huisje. Alles was aanwezig, behalve peper en zout :-). Comfortabele matrassen.
Mooi huis,rustig gelegen en goed onderhouden Enig klein minpuntje was de matras van het bed op de benedenverdieping. Deze was vrij hard op een nogal laag bed. Het leek alsof er nog een deel ontbrak. Verder alles zeer goed.
Endroit très agréable et très calme. Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Superbe terrasse. Idéal entre amis et/ou avec des enfants en bas âges.
Heel proper. Grote nagenoeg nieuwe woning. Alles is voorzien buiten de bij reservering duidelijk meegedeelde lijst. Rustige straat. Vlak bij het centrum waar veel te beleven is. Top!
heel mooie ligging vlak bij het centrum van Rochehaut, mooi en goed onderhouden huis en tuin! Absolute aanrader!
Dit goed verzorgde huis staat op een prachtige plek, met mooi uitzicht. Veel extra aanwezige benodigdheden wat het verblijf direct comfortabel maakt. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, kortom een fijn vakantiehuis. Tip: overweeg theeglazen aan te schaffen. Verder hebben wij niets gemist en hebben we genoten van een heerlijke midweek in dit mooie huis. Dank!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Die Brauerei und den Ortskern von Rochehaut erreicht man gut zu Fuß. Auf dem Rückweg hat man allerdings eine ordentliche Steigung zu überwinden. Den Kindern hat vor allem der Garten mit dem Spielgerät gefallen. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und die Bäder sind toll! Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die Tatsache, dass die Matratzen alle unterschiedlich hart sind, sodass für jeden was dabei ist.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la configuration de ce gîte correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes. La propriétaire a pu répondre à nos besoins très rapidement. Le gîte est parfaitement situé ni trop proche ni trop loin de toutes les attractions du village ( boulangerie, brasserie, restaurant, balades).

Heel gezellig huis, mooi ingericht en zeer net. Grote tuin. Ideaal gelegen (rustig en toch niet ver van bakker-resto-café-bossen). Enig klein minpuntje: tuin is niet afgesloten voor kinderen/hond. Verder helemaal niets op aan te merken. We komen zeker terug.
Pluspunt : na een onderhoud met de eigenares mochten wij de woning betrekken om 16.00u in plaats van 17.00u. Minpunten: motor van de frigo in de keuken blijft nagenoeg voortdurend draaien en is rumoerig (stand 2 van 5). Middelste verwarming in de living werkt niet (thermoknop?). Slechts 2 bierglazen voorhanden.

Blij met de waarderingen die beoordeeld waren, dit was terecht. Fijn dat het voor de eigenaar (die ernaast woont) geen probleem was dat wij later op de avond arriveerden.

Très belle location, très bon confort et un magnifique jardin.
Ravissante maison de type ardennais, à 400m du centre de Rochehaut mais toutefois au calme. Equipement très complet. Comme discuté avec notre hôte; le lit de la chambre du bas devrait être surélevé. (Occupée par une personne PMR) Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Notre petit chien s'y sentait également très bien ! Attention, toutefois, le magnifique jardin n'est pas totalement clos.
Tout s'est très bien passé, la maison était propre (à part une petite invasion de fourmis) et accueillante.
Zalig genieten in een pracht van een vakantiewoning waar de eigenaars altijd klaar staan om te helpen!
Mooi en goed onderhouden vakantiehuis op prachtige locatie. Veel moois te ontdekken in de omgeving.
Mooie ruime woning en zeer goed onderhouden, prachtige tuin. Alles aanwezig. Op wandelafstand van de brouwerij van Rochehaut waar het gezellig vertoeven is. Enige wat eventueel voor langere verblijven ontbreekt is een droogkast. Minpuntje : verwarming werd pas bij aankomst opgezet waardoor het de eerste avond koud was in het huisje, maar eens het opgewarmd was, was het er aangenaam warm :) Voor de rest top !
Comme d’habitude, séjour au top!
We hebben heel er genoten van de rust en de mooie ligging van dit huisje! Ook de hond was blij dat ze mee mocht! Wel jammer dat de tuin niet afgesloten is.
Idéal pour un séjour en famille!
Maison agréable avec espace extérieur intéressant, surtout pour les enfants , beaux espaces à l'intérieur, la chambre et la salle de bain au rez de chaussée importantes, pour moi qui suis handicapée. Rue calme, située entre les 2 pôles importants (restaurants, attractions diverses) Pour une première avec Ardennes Etapes, nous sommes satisfaits. Merci
