I received a voucher for the COVID-19 crisis: how can I use it?

To use your COVID-19 Ardennes-Etape voucher: 

  1. Log into your customer account.
  2. Choose your stay.
  3. Confirm by clicking on « book now ». 
  4. When paying, enter the credit voucher in the  « gift certificate » field.    

The value of your voucher will be deducted from the total price of your booking.

Booking amount VS credit voucher amount

  • If the voucher amount is equal to the booking amount (excluding the deposit): you only pay the deposit.
  • If the voucher amount is less than the booking amount (excluding the deposit): you only pay the difference plus the deposit. 
  • If the voucher amount is more than the booking amount (excluding the deposit): your credit voucher will remain valid until its expiration date and its value will be automatically adjusted.

Good to know

The credit voucher can be used to cover all the costs of a stay except for the deposit.

Any price difference and the deposit must be paid in accordance with the terms set out in our general conditions. The same applies if the stay includes amounts to be paid on site (ex: charges).

Tip 

To use your voucher, you must enter the code when making your payment  (and NOT at the booking stage, as a discount code). Ensure you have your voucher number beforehand. You will find it and all the information relating to its use in the “My advantages” section under the “Gift vouchers” tab in your Customer Space.

Solidarity 

Your credit voucher is valid for booking a stay in our entire offering, but we invite you to use it for a stay in the same holiday home, in solidarity with the owner.
