I have not received a response from Ardennes-Etape.

We are indeed open and focused on the current situation. We are processing requests by date of the start of the stay. All requests will be processed. Therefore, it is not necessary to send the same information more than once. This situation demands the full concentration of our customer service. This is why our lines are currently difficult to reach. 

Whenever the situation changes, we will keep you informed via our website. If there is anything that affects your planned stay, you will be contacted personally as soon as possible.
