Those who love peace and nature will be charmed by this large 19 hectares property, which houses an old watermill that the owners have transformed into a holiday home with lots of character.
As soon as you arrive, you will be charmed by the location of this old mill. You are truly immersed in nature. The owners have laid out walks within the property, so that you can discover the meadows, the large pond (it’s forbidden to bathe in it) and the numerous woods.
The main part of the house is located in the old mill. You will enjoy some meals and pleasant moments in the cosy living room, the very well equipped kitchen and the bright dining room. Upstairs, a reading corner is at your disposal and the games room will delight the children. The spacious rooms all have their own private bathroom. So you will have an optimal level of comfort.
The annexe building features two bedrooms (one of which is accessible from the outside), as well as a lounge and a kitchen. This annex is ideal for people (grandparents, families with small children) who wish to have some peace and quiet at certain times of the stay.
In order to fully enjoy the exceptional surroundings, the owners have arranged several different terraces (some of them covered) in the property. They are ideal to share meals with family or friends, but also to have some quiet moments to admire the view or read a book peacefully.
Discover Gedinne and its beautiful landscapes as you walk along the many marked trails. In winter, several ski slopes are at your disposal including the ski slopes of Croix-Scaille. For the rest of the year, take your children to the Récréalle Recreation Center or to La Marotte Petting Zoo. Located on the Semois valley, your 3.5 star holiday home is perfect to admire the beautiful scenery from Frahan's Viewpoint in Rochehaut.

This annex is ideal to accommodate people who wish to have more quiet.

Fijne lokatie voor een gezellig samenzijn met groep vrienden. Prima slaapkamers met douche voor elk koppel separaat.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille
Fantastisch huis, ruime kamers, schitterende ligging en ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaar. Hygiëne van de keuken kan iets beter, dat hebben we met de eigenaar besproken, hij gaat ermee aan de slag. We komen héél graag terug!

Het is een mooi en groot vakantie huis is een zeer mooie omgeving. Voldoende kamers en ruimtes voor iedereen , we waren met 16 personen. Ook het landgoed met de vijver en bootjes hebben we met genoegen ontdekt , de eigenaar had een wandelroute uitgezet van ongeveer 45 minuten , helemaal top . Jammer was wel dat de jacuzzi niet door onze kinderen gebruikt mocht worden , ook niet als er een ouder bij was . Met het warme weer was dit wel wenselijk .
Wunderschönes, sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Haus und Anwesen in ruhiger Umgebung mit allem Comfort. Wir waren begeistert!

Prachtig gelegen watermolenwoning op groot eigen terein dat prachtig onderhouden is. Ook de omgeving biedt veel moois.
Ontzettend ruim en comfortabel verblijf met een prachtige tuin en goede faciliteiten. De jacuzzi bleek bij aankomst kapot, na communicatie met de eigenaar zijn we hiervoor ruimschoots vergoed.
Superbe gite dans un domaine idyllique. Très bien équipé avec beaucoup d’espace à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur. Parfait pour un weekend (ou plus) entre amis.
Prachtig groot afgelegen domein. Ruime slaapkamers en goede keuken (juist de keuken uitrusting zoals pannen en kommen zijn ondermaats wanneer je met een grote groep bent)verder ZEKER een aanrader.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison de vacances ! Tout était propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’endroit est calme, chaleureux et parfait pour se détendre entre amis ou en famille. Les hôtes sont accueillants et très attentionnés. Une belle adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Heel prachtige omgeven en het huis is ook heel mooi en practice
Zalige midweek met de hele familie: oma, opa, kinderen, partners en kleinkinderen. Van 4 tot 73 jaar, iedereen heeft genoten.
Ruim huis met veel ruimte in een mooie omgeving. Ruime living, volledig ingerichte keuken met grote frigo en diepvries. Vriendelijk onthaal. Aanrader voor grote groepen.

Prachtig domein. Dicht bij dorp maar een oase van rust. Vijver met bootjes, jacuzzi, sauna, voetbalveld, badminton,…

Top woning, top ligging!
Un accueil très chaleureux, un lieu propice à la déconnexion du tourbillon quotidien, au repos et aux balades. Magnifique endroit que je recommande chaudement.

Maison de vacances parfaitement située, au calme dans une magnifique propriété très bien entretenue. Tout se trouve sur place (aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur) pour satisfaire les envies de chacun petits et grands. Cadre enchanteur..... et nous avons eu le soleil en prime!

Heerlijk verblijf, absolute aanrader!
Domaine magnifique situé à que quelques km d'un Intermarché, tout en étant isolé du monde extérieur. Le jacuzzi et le sauna sont top, ainsi que toutes les chambres et les petites tables exposées à l'extérieur.
Het verblijf was in orde! Leuk weekend gehad, ruime kamers, eetkamer ruim genoeg maar niet veel passage ruimte.
Authentieke woning in een prachtige omgeving. Zeer rustig gelegen maar toch kortbij winkels. Een zeer goed en persoonlijk onthaal door de eigenaar.
Het verblijf in de Ardennen overtrof alle verwachtingen. De hartelijke ontvangst zette meteen de toon voor een fantastisch verblijf. Het sanitair was brandschoon, de locatie adembenemend, en het terrein bood een oase van rust. De jacuzzi en sauna waren de kers op de taart, waardoor elke dag eindigde in pure ontspanning. Kortom, een onvergetelijke ervaring waar alles van ontvangst tot faciliteiten zeer goed was.
