In just 5 minutes you will reach the centre of Malmedy, a lively trading town with numerous boutiques. Ideal for shopping or catching a movie at the cinema MovieMills.
The RAVeL Malmedy-Waimes also passes here. There are numerous cycling routes in this region.
In the summer, a visit to the lake and the dam of Robertville is a must: you can swim in the open air.
This accommodation has recently been renovated and offers excellent value for money. It enjoys an excellent location in the region of Malmedy and the Eastern Cantons. Book without any doubt!
The apartment is located on the first floor, next to the owner's house. However, you will have your own private entrance. Furthermore, there is ample parking space, a private terrace with a beautiful view of the valley.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
The house is only reserved for families.

Nous recommandons ce gite à 100%. Il est très bien situé et d'un confort au top ! Nous étions 8 adultes et un bébé et ne nous nous sommes pas du tout senti à l'étroit ! Nous y avons passé un très bon weekend !
Cette maison de location offre un cadre agréable et fonctionnel. Elle dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable : des chambres spacieuses, une cuisine bien équipée et des espaces communs lumineux et bien entretenus. La terrasse ajoute une touche supplémentaire pour se détendre en plein air. De plus, son emplacement est bucolique , offrant un bon accès aux commodités locales tout en garantissant un environnement calme. »
Zeer goed gerenoveerde woning. Enkel de stoelen en de zetels zaten niet zo goed. Schitterende omgeving: mooie wandelingen en Ravel vlakbij. Lekker ontspannende sauna.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans un gîte super équipé. L'accueil était excellent. Il ne manquait rien sauf une météo estivale mais nous avons pu apprécier les jeux en bois fabriqués par le propriétaire et les vélos étaient à l'a bri ;-) - merci

Het huis was heel mooi gelegen en rustig ook een prima vakantiehuis als je met je hele gezin op verlof wilt en ook baby en kind vriendelijk

Ik heb Pasen met mijn kinderen en kleinkinderen doorgebracht. Het was er heel gezellig mooi huis, mooi omgeving en de eigenares was heel vriendelijk.
Mooi,groot en gezellig huis Ligging ideaal voor veel activiteiten . Veel wandelingen en bezienswaardigheden.
Mooi, aangenaam en comfortabel huis! We waren er met zeven volwassenen, zonder kinderen; ideaal in de winterperiode, goede ligging met veel wandelmogelijkheden in de directe omgeving. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

prachtig goed onderhouden vakantiehuis, voorzien van alle gemakken. Er is voldoende ruimte en een mooi dakterras met uitzicht op de vallei. De slaapkamers zijn prima uitgerust en de badkamers nieuw.

Ideale uitvalsbasis voor Francorchamps. We hebben genoten.
Zeer goed ontvangen geweest, geen enkele vraag was te veel voor de gastvrouw. Alles was zeer proper bij aankomst. Ook de zelfgemaakte spellen waren een leuk tijdverdrijf voor de kindjes. Grote ruimtes en een leuke bar aan de keuken, wat het aangenaam maakt om te koken terwijl je een apero drinkt. Malmedy is zeer dichtbij en dankzij het mapje met info door de gastvrouw gemaakt hebben wij een zeer lekker bakker ontdekt.
We hebben niet overal de hoogste waardering gegeven omdat een airco toch wel wenselijk in de slaapkamers of bovenverdieping zou zijn, was vooral erg warm; ventilators droegen wel iets bij maar toch. Verder was een top huis !!!
Zeer ruim en netjes in gerichte woning in een zeer mooie omgeving. Tot nu toe onze beste ervaring. En we komen regelmatig in België. Zeer netjes ontvangen en alles was top in orde. Wat een geslaagde vakantie was dit.
Prachtig vakantiehuis met een leuke ligging. De woning beschikt over alle faciliteiten, en was zeer proper. De gastvrouw die ons ontving, was heel vriendelijk en gaf een korte maar bondige rondleiding doorheen het huis. Overal waren we zeer tevreden! Zeker een aanrader.
