"All-in-one" is the perfect term to describe this luxurious 5 star holiday home. Located in the Saint-Vith area, you will find everything you want here: space, comfort, luxury, well-being and relaxation.
This spacious villa in the province of Liège can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.
As soon as you arrive, you will be delighted by the size of the cottage. In total, there are five bedrooms and five en suite bathrooms. The house entrance is on the ground floor and features a table football, which you can enjoy during your free time. There is also a second entrance on the terrace level on the first floor.
The magnificent oak staircase leads to the living areas; while the second staircase leads to the suite on the second floor, which has a private terrace.
On the first floor, you will love the carefully chosen contemporary decor and the ambiance that the owners wanted to create. The terrace overlooks the large garden and the private outdoor pool is secured for children.
If you think that is all, it's not over yet. In addition to the ultra modern kitchen, a second cosy lounge is hidden behind the corridor, which features a billiard table, a sitting area and a quite original reading corner.
The materials that were used for the reconstruction of the building are environmentally friendly. There is clay on the bedrooms walls, the whole house is very well insulated, and it is well heated thanks to a heat pump.
This area is ideal for nature lovers who wish to do walks in the Valley of the Our (Our is the river which passes not far from the holiday home) and in the surrounding forests.
If you are interested in thrilling activities, you will be delighted with a visit to the Paintzone Paintball or Bubblezone Soccer.
If, on the contrary, you are looking for less "lively" activities, you can choose from visiting the Baugnez 44 Historical Center, the Schieferstollen, or the Brewery of Bellevaux.
Let yourself be enchanted by the charms of this luxurious villa that will not disappoint you. It was made to spend an excellent stay in the Ardennes.
The outdoor swimming pool is fenced with a barrier for the safety of children.
There are entrances both on the ground floor and on the first floor terrace.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Prachtig, groot huis, met meer dan voldoende ruimte voor 14 personen. Alles is heel netjes en schoon. Klein detail, de foto's op de site kloppen niet helemaal, er is geen kamer met stapelbedden maar 1 kamer met 5 boxspringbedden, 1 kamer met 3 boxspringbedden en nog 3 keer een 2 persoonskamer. De wellness was heel fijn, hier hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. Keuken is heel groot en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het huis is wel erg gehorig, doordat alles heel open is. Absolute aanrader!
Wat een fantastisch huis! Wij zijn met het hele gezin hier geweest (7 volwassene en 4 kinderen). Voor ons was dit echt perfect. Iedereen zn eigen eigen kamer + badkamer. Spa faciliteiten ook top. Het huis was schoon, netjes en echt heel erg ruim. We hebben ook erg genoten van de 'lounge' kamer met pooltafel. Een absolute aanrader. Het contact met Amelie verliep ook heel prettig.
Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis. 6 volwassenen en 4 pubers. Ons goed vermaakt met de tafelvoetbal- en pooltafel. Het is heerlijk ontspannen in de welness. Aanrader.
