This large cottage is ideal for a family reunion in the countryside. You will find an authentic setting and a good level of amenities for an unforgettable stay in Waimes.
Nestled in the heart of the Ardennes countryside, this former farmhouse for 24 people offers you an exceptional holiday. This building of character has been completely renovated and features 12 personalized and very comfortable bedrooms, as well as nine bathrooms; which are distributed in the two buildings that make up this accommodation. Concerning the living areas, the first building has a living room and a playroom, which will make your children happy. While in the second building you will find the kitchen and dining room. The beautiful decoration helps to create a very inviting atmosphere and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect to prepare your best recipes. You will also find a nice wellness area, equipped with a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool. The private garden features a large 2000 m² space with various amenities, such as a trampoline, a petanque terrain and volleyball court. The barbecue will also give you an opportunity to spend quality time with your family in a pleasant setting.

Zum größten Teil war alles super, das Haus war für eine große Gruppe mit Kindern ideal. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten sich im Haus aufzuhalten und auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Allerdings sollten ein paar elektrische Sachen im Haus repariert werden, wie Lampen, Bewegungsmelder, Kabel von Jacuzzi, Lampe in Sauna.
Ruime vakantiewoning, echter niet goed onderhouden en weinig geluidsisolatie waardoor je alles doorheen de woning hoort. Om van 1 naar ander gedeelte te gaan moet je veel trappen doen (naar beneden en naar boven). Zwembad, jacuzzi en sauna aangename meerwaarde.
Un très bon séjour entre amis. Sandrine est vraiment très accueillante et réactive. Le gîte est bien fournie en matériel de cuisine; les chambres sont confortables; les lieux d’activités sont accueillants et très bien pensés. À refaire sous le soleil!

Uitstekende service, echt genoten van de verwarmde zwembad, jaccuzi en sauna.
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille .l'endroit est magnifique. Je tiens à remercier Sandrine sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Je recommande à toutes les personnes qu'ils souhaitent passer un agréable moment de détente. Merci Sandrine.

Superbe weekend en famille ou tout est fait pour s'amuser et profiter ensemble ?
Laat ik voorop stellen dat wij een leuk en gezellig weekend hebben gehad. Ligging van het huis is goed en zijn vriendelijk ontvangen. Huis heeft liefde en aandacht nodig. Het huis is uitgeleefd. delen plafond missen, vloertegels zijn kapot en liggen los op de grond. 3 badkamers hadden enkel koud water. in 2 van de 12 slaapkamers was de verwarming kapot. keuken, servies en bestek waren erg vuil. Zwembad en jacuzzi heeft voor ons veel goed gemaakt. Bar bij zwembad is niet functioneel.
Het huis heeft een ideale ligging en de zwembadruimte is fantastisch. Alleen heeft het liefde nodig. Er zijn veel kleine mankementen. Voor onze groep geen probleem, maar er zijn veel kleinigheden niet in orde.
Een perfect huis voor grote groepen: genoeg te doen en prettig dat er meerdere badkamers zijn. De ligging is ideaal omdat er niet direct overlast van buren kan zijn. Er is genoeg leuks te doen in de buurt. De enige minpunten zijn dat het huis behoorlijk verouderd is en het contact na ons verblijf over onze borg enorm moeizaam verliep. Ondanks dat hebben we (met een grote volwassen vriendengroep) van ons verblijf genoten!
Vriendelijke ontvangst maar onderhoud is aan verbetering toe!
Superbe séjour dans un super emplacement, de vastes espaces intérieurs, idéal pour de larges groupes. Accueil chaleureux, propriétaires très disponibles. Maison qui mériterait franchement plus d'entretiens et un meilleur équipement.
Het huis is een beetje gedateerd en recht en links is er nood aan vernieuwingen. In het hoofdgebouw zijn de kamers niet zo goed geïsoleerd. Toch hebben we genoten van ons verblijf met 17 volwassenen en 5 kleine kinderen. Heel kalm gelegen. Ideaal om daar met meerdere families te verblijven en er is voldoende activiteiten voor gelijk welke leeftijd. Zwembad, jacuzzi, sauna, snooker, darts.... zijn in de smaak gevallen. De eigenares was ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Een aanrader !
