Welcome to this beautiful old village house full of charm, located in the picturesque Yvoir. This holiday home for 10 people is the perfect place for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in the Ardennes. The house, originally built in the 18th century, has been fully renovated, preserving the authentic atmosphere.
Upon entering the house, you are welcomed by a cozy fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living room is equipped with comfortable furniture and board games for game nights with friends or family. There is also an overhead projector, ideal for a movie night with the whole group.
The house features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers, providing ample space for everyone to retreat and relax. Bonus: the beds can be separated or joined. Inform the owner about the room configuration (double beds or single beds) and they will ensure it is ready for your arrival. And the beds are also made up upon arrival and your towels are ready, which is a luxury. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Outside, you will find a large private garden and a private terrace with a breathtaking view over the surroundings. This is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. For ultimate relaxation, there is a hot tub, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
