Here is a property that will delight children and adults, with plenty of room for up to 19 persons.
It comprises not just one luxury villa, but two separate rental properties set about twenty metres apart, and an amazing annexe housing the indoor pool, jacuzzi, infrared sauna cabins, and games room.
These homes meet the most demanding expectations, and as well as having great character they have been decorated with exceptional attention to detail. The owners have gone to great lengths to create an ambiance that is both welcoming and relaxing: as you can see from our photos, everything is fresh, clean and perfectly co-ordinated. It's a level of true comfort that's sure to lift the spirits.
This self-catering accommodation provides a total of 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms (with wood stove) and 2 dining rooms – the large veranda dining-room is big enough to bring your entire group together for convivial meals. You don't even need to cook, as Traiteur La Frivolité can deliver delicious meals to suit everyone's tastes.
There are 8 bedrooms (including one on the ground floor) and a total of 8 bathrooms, of which 6 are ensuite and 2 communal. The smallest guests will adore the castle-themed play room, and a bar area with table-football and opens onto a large covered terrace with barbecue: there's no doubt that fun, relaxing and convivial moments await you.
Outside, in addition to the large covered terrace, the property has a large garden (with petanque) and a variety of covered and uncovered smaller terraces ideal for relaxing in the calm, drinking coffee, reading a book or just soaking up the views of the surrounding Ardennes countryside.
This holiday rental enjoys a quiet, wooded setting just outside Naomé, in the province of Namur. The friendly city of Agri-Musée de Rochehaut, karting, explore the Archeoscope Godefroid of Bouillon and the famous castle, or visit the children's farm.

Small pets are welcome - larger pets may be accepted with the permission of the villa owners.
Remark : The water of the jacuzzi gets changed on a daily base. Therefore, the jacuzzi is not accessible after 5 PM on the evening prior to your departure if the house is rented the very next day.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
The house is only reserved for families.
Magnifique gîte à la décoration soignée, la piscine et le jacuzzi ont particulièrement été appréciés. L’accueil a été parfait, la propriétaire habite en face et reste très disponible si besoin.
Gite magnifique, parfaitement entretenu, très propre et très bien équipé. Les enfants ont adoré l'espace piscine et le kicker. Seul bémol: la literie, les oreillers sont vraiment trop durs et les matelas sont moyens. Mais sinon rien à dire!! Nous y reviendrons.
Het huis was top. Inrichting, netheid, aanwezige toestellen, ruimte alles was perfect. De tuin was heel ruim, met verschillende overdekte plaatsen waar je kon zitten. Tuinmeubilair genoeg. Het zwembad met jacuzzi en infraroodcabines was perfect in orde. Het huis is een echte aanrader. Eigenaars waren ook vriendelijk. Met 1woord gezegd, een toplocatie.
Prachtige ligging en een prachtig huis. Je kunt mooie wandelingen maken in de omgeving.
Over het verblijf niets dan goed, alles was helemaal in orde. Enige tip die ik wil geven is om het door de eigenaars gekozen hoge tarief per kwh van de private laadpaal voor elektrische voertuigen schriftelijk op de laadpaal te vermelden, zodat wanneer men dit bvb vergeet te melden bij aankomst of het niet duidelijk was, dit niet tot een discussie kan leiden.
Tres bel endroit pour passer du temps en famille. Belles maisons, belles chambres tout était très propre à notre arrivée. Piscine jacuzzi… vraiment top. Nous y avons passé un super week-end je recommande vraiment.
Een geweldig huis, het zwembad eerst door onze kleinkinderen vooral goed gebruikt, we hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad
Het huis was prachtig , ruime luxe kamers , netjes en schoon. Prachtige tuin en het zwembaden de jacuzzi grote meerwaarde! De bedden wel wat aan de harde kant, de koekenpannen zijn aan vervanging toe! Een grote wokpan zou handig zijn.
Een droom ..... Mijn echtgenote en ikzelf tezamen met onze kinderen, schoonkinderen en kleinkinderen in totaal met zestien hebben een fantastisch weekend achter de rug. De aparte ontspanningsruimte met zwembad, jacuzzi, infraroodcabine en sauna was zeker een meerwaarde ook de ligging van het huis nabij het bos is een pluspunt ...... een aanrader voor grote familie of groep !!!!
In en rond deze woning is werkelijk niets verkeerd. Ligging is oké. Ook het binnenzwembad e.d. is zeker een aanrader.
Erg nette, nieuwe, moderne woning. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Het was slecht weer, maar door de perfecte wellness (zwembad, jacuzzi, sauna's) hebben wij ons helemaal vermaakt. Grote nette tuin! Kleine verbeterpuntjes: de stoelen in de salon maken erg veel geluid (schuren over de grond), simpel op te lossen door er dopjes onder te schuiven. Weinig speciaalbierglazen. Keuken kan logischer ingedeeld (glazen/mokken/kopjes in de keuken zelf), nogmaals, mag geen naam hebben. Perfect verblijf gehad!
