Nestled in the heart of the Ardennes countryside, this former farmhouse for 24 people offers you an exceptional holiday. This building of character features 12 personalized and comfortable bedrooms, as well as nine bathrooms; which are distributed in the two buildings that make up this accommodation. Concerning the living areas, the first building has a living room and a playroom, which will make your children happy. While in the second building you will find the kitchen and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to prepare your best recipes. You will also find a nice wellness area, equipped with a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool. The private garden features a large 2000 m² space with various amenities, such as a trampoline, a petanque terrain and volleyball court. The barbecue will also give you an opportunity to spend quality time with your family in a pleasant setting.

Ontvangst alleen in het Frans niet in het Engels Sommige badkamers was geen warm water De afwas machine hield er mee op maar het aanrecht is dan te klein om van 24 personen de afwas te doen Bij de jaccussi was de stekker met tape aan elkaar verbonden en werd heet De afzuigkap maakte erg veel herrie en was vies Oven was vies

Ardennes etappes zou moeten verplichten jaarlijks nwe foto’s aan te leveren van de te huren huizen en ook eens beter moeten gaan controleren!!!

Een super leuk huis voor een grote groep . Zowel voor vrienden groepen als ouders met kinderen. Leuke gezellig ruimtes waar je met z’n alle kan zitten. Je merkt wel heel goed dat het huis verouderd is en nodig wat onderhoud nodig heeft. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en kan je alles vragen ook tijdens je verblijf. Zwembad ruimte is veilig en heel gezellig om te zitten. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Verwacht geen luxe in het huis.

Zum größten Teil war alles super, das Haus war für eine große Gruppe mit Kindern ideal. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten sich im Haus aufzuhalten und auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Allerdings sollten ein paar elektrische Sachen im Haus repariert werden, wie Lampen, Bewegungsmelder, Kabel von Jacuzzi, Lampe in Sauna.

Ruime vakantiewoning, echter niet goed onderhouden en weinig geluidsisolatie waardoor je alles doorheen de woning hoort. Om van 1 naar ander gedeelte te gaan moet je veel trappen doen (naar beneden en naar boven). Zwembad, jacuzzi en sauna aangename meerwaarde.
