Treat yourself to a luxurious group holiday in this beautiful renovated cottage, and you will not be disappointed! With its seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to 18 people; and also features a garden, private pool and jacuzzi.
The owners have completely restored themselves this old farmhouse to offer you an exceptional holiday location. This famous renovation project lasted 2 years and every detail was well thought out. The result is surprising: a mix of old materials (wood and stone) with an ultra-contemporary look.
From the entrance hall, the tone is set: smooth concrete on the floors, stone walls, and rooms with high ceilings that are very bright thanks to the large windows that give you the impression of living outside.
The kitchen is the centrepiece of the house. It separates the big living room on the left, which is organised around the wood burning stove and offers views on the terrace and the garden; from the dining room on the right, which also faces the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool.
The 18 sleeping places are spread over two floors through seven bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom.
On the first floor, there is a large mezzanine overlooking the living room on the ground floor. On one side, a small second living room has been arranged to allow teens to spend dome time on their own, for example. And on the other side, there is a large space that can serve as a meeting room or projection room.
To top it off, you'll find a wellness area with a jacuzzi for six people and an infrared cabin, to enjoy some real moment of relaxation.
From the spring on, you can enjoy the sumptuous private heated pool, which is available from May 1st to September 30th. A south-facing terrace is the ideal place for adults to relax in, while the little ones play in the garden of the property. That’s 2500m² of lawn to play in peace!
In the Ardennes village of Wellin you will find all the small shops you need, plus you can even get your croissants within walking distance! This is also how holidays in the Ardennes go :-)
This holiday home is on an ideal location in the heart of the province of Luxembourg, which will allow you to make several excursions and activities within a radius of 20 km.

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Amazing house with sauna, jacuzzi and even a meeting room! Perfect for any kind of stay, from professional to a family or friends trip!
Erg mooi huisje met erg vriendelijke ontvangst door de overbuurvrouw, die namens de eigenaren toezag op het ontvangst en vertrek. De badkamers zouden ten minste douchegordijnen mogen krijgen tegen de natte vloeren. Verder heel erg tevreden over alle faciliteiten.
Magnifique maison de vacances avec un espace fou pour tous. On s’y sent bien, ensemble tout en profitant des grands espaces pour ne pas être trop les uns sur les autres. La piscine est magnifique.

Top huisje op een leuke locatie!
Magnifique maison, tout était parfait.
Heel aangename ontvangst en verblijf. Zeer goede ligging van het huis en aangename grote ruimtes. De bedden waren opgemaakt (service van het huis) dus geen nood om lakens mee te nemen. Het enige minpuntje is dat alle ruimtes met elkaar verbonden zijn zonder geluidsdempers, waardoor het lawaai van de jeugd overal in huis rondgaan. Ook voor de slaapkamers bij de living hoorde je alle lawaai van de living. Maar al de rest in huis was top!
We hebben genoten van het huisje. Genoeg ruimte! Jammer dat de jacuzzi niet helemaal deed wat het moest doen, maar samen opgelost. De wellness kan nog wel wat liefde gebruiken, of naar buiten verplaatsen ivm benauwd gevoel binnen.
Nous avons passés un très beau moment dans ce grand gîte.
Très jolie maison, bien située. Peu de jeux et activités dans la maison pour s’occuper durant une journée d’automne, hormis le jacuzzi et la cabine infrarouge. Propreté à revoir mais accueil sympa.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in deze woning. Van alle gasten heb ik teruggekregen dat dit zeker een locatie is die voor herhaling vatbaar is.
