What payment methods are accepted at Ardennes-Etape?

You can pay for your stay by transfer or credit card. In some cases, the charges and the deposit are paid in cash, on site.

To pay for your Ardennes-Etape stay, you can: 

• Make a bank transfer (except for lastminute booking beneath 3 weeks); or 
• pay online (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, Ideal, KBC Online, CBC Online). 

To proceed to the online payment of part or the entirety of your holiday, go to your Customer space. We also show you there, according to the recommended deadlines, all the steps you have to complete before your holiday.

Deposit 

In some cases, you must pay the deposit to Ardennes-Etape, via a bank transfer, before your stay. In others, you must provide it in cash to the owner during your stay. 

Charges 

Likewise, charges are sometimes fixed and paid by bank transfer before your stay or they can be payed on site during your stay, either according to a fixed price, according to your consumption or market prices.  If charges are not paid in advance, they must be paid on site to the owner or deducted from the deposit.
