This luxury villa lies in the picturesque town of Bütgenbach (Heppenbach) in the province of Liège. This former farmhouse was transformed in 2012 into a comfortable 5-star holiday house for 24 persons.

The renovation process of this former farmhouse preserved its authentic character while adapting the building for people with a disability.

This self-catering accommodation is ideal for families desiring to flee from the day-to-day busy life and enjoy a stay in the Belgian Ardennes.

The kitchen is very well suited for big groups and has everything needed. The numerous bedrooms can host up to 24 persons. There are in total 9 bedrooms, two baby beds and 9 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its private bathroom with a bath or a shower, WC and washbasin.

After a great walk around the lake of Bütgenbach you will be able to enjoy the luxury wellness area with sauna, whirlpool bath, hammam, shower and deck chairs.

The children games will delight the youngest ones who will also be able to play in the garden.

Although the indoor wellness area is very well equipped, the owners also added a hot tub on the terrace for the summer time!

The television, DVD player, wireless internet connection and wood stove complete the amenities.

The Castle of Reinhardstein is really worth a visit. The fort stands on a big rock in the Warche valley and offers a magnificent view over the surroundings.

This is the perfect place for a large family/ friend group with mixed generations - we all had our needs met, whether a quiet place to study, wellness zone to relax, communal space to socialise, endless country walks for exercise and fresh air - everything was ideal, we would all come back to Hans Haus in a heartbeat

Heerlijk huis voor de hele familie. Jammer dat het speeltoestel in de tuin te gammel is om erop te spelen. Er mag gebruik gemaakt worden van het speeltoestel van de eigenaresse maar dat ligt niet in het zicht. Verder alles keurig en vooral heel schoon.
