What are the cancellation fees?

Cancellation fees vary according to date. To cancel free of charge (subject to certain conditions), select our cancellation insurance.

The cancellation fees for an Ardennes-Etape stay vary according to the cancellation date (which is a percentage, as defined in our general conditions, article 7.2). 

To cancel free of charge (according to the conditions of the contract), we recommend that you select our cancellation insurance when you book. 

Good to know 

If you need to use your cancellation insurance and it is applicable, please be aware that the insurance premium and the administrative costs are not reimbursed. 

Cancellation insurance must be selected at the time of booking, it cannot be added afterwards.
