What is the difference between a discount code and a gift certificate?

A discount code offers you a reduction on the price of the holiday home, a gift voucher is a payment method.

Discount code

If you have a discount code, enter it at the time of booking. The discount is then applied to the rental price and the administrative costs.
Good to know

Charges and the security deposit are not eligible for a discount due to their nature.

Gift certificate

If you have received a personalised gift voucher, you can use it as a means of payment for the reservation.

Good to know
You can use the gift voucher to pay all costs you owe to Ardennes-étape, with the exception of the deposit.
All information about your gift or vouchers can be found in the “My benefits” > “Gift vouchers” section in your Customer account.

How can I give a gift voucher?
1. Head to our homepage under the heading “Gift voucher”.
2. Choose your choice of value.
3. Follow the steps to pay.
4. Your gift voucher is now available in your customer account and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
5. Surprise the person of your choice!
